Only 3??? Where does it get its info, the phone directory? Many of us only use cells now. It's not accurate as I have a suffix _______ ________ IV, roman numeral for the fourth - and my great grandfather is still alive (including everyone before me)!

Using my married name, there are 216 people with same names.

Using my maiden name, I am unique and I know it because my maiden name is dying out (fewer then 336 in USA). I couldn't find that surname in the country it cames from. Apparently, my grandfather was the only reason that the surname exists so far.
