Well, the members of the early church began meeting in private homes because they weren't allowed in the synagogues. Then, as Roman persecution increased, they met in secret in homes, catacombs, the woods, etc. Pretty much the same situation under Communism. The building structure is not so important as the regular gathering together of believers.

No, not all of my families are so, only my grandma is very extremely Christian and go to church on many days of week, every Sunday, Mon, Tue, Wed or even Thurs.

I don't go to church since early 90's, I just doesn't trust in god and proud to be religion free but other many of my families are really don't care so much but some are still trust in god.

In bible belt, such as in southeast USA, alot of families are go to church on every Sun and Wed.

I guessing probaby "In no case is the word used with reference to a building in which public worship is conducted. The word "church" is applicable essentially to people. A chruch is also a place for people that worship. Lot of people have different feeling about chruches. But I don't think chruch is a requirment to go. I don't think you get punish for not going to church. That would be silly.

My family never went to church growing up. We never really talked about God nor religion. I did have bible stories for kids and I read them. Enjoyed the stories.

Maybe not punished but it's more difficult for a Christian to grow spiritually without good Bible preaching and teaching, the discipleship of more mature Christians, and the fellowship of other Christians for praying with, support, and sharing of common interests.

Yes pretty much my family trusts God, and believes in Jesus Christ our Personal Savior.

My parents go to church, I'm in a processing of looking for a church that provides interpreters in my hometown so I don't have to drive a distance to go to church.

Yep same as my family as well, cause my dad family is italian catholic and I was raised in catholic way but it almost the same as christan a little bit. My mom family is more of a bapisit. So point is to them they believe in GOD and only one GOD. I respect other people beliefs what they chooses. For Example, The indians believe in the mother earth, the moons and the starts they have their own spirit guides, The chinese and japs believe in buddism. So I met lot of different people with different belief and I find them very interesting. I love learning lot about differnt people of different culture.

Yes, me too.

We share 2 different stories is bible and Evolution with my boys. At first I share the bible with my boys when they were little until they learn about evolution. I bought a book of Evolution historial to respect my boys wish. I use both bible and evolution books with them.

I use to enjoy to learn a lot about bible at school at long time ago and like to hear Relgious teacher bible story with sign language once a week.

Actally it not that difficult to read a bible at home then going to church. But if a person want to go to chruch to study and discuss the bible issue then they should go for it.

My family are catholic, I was sent to catholic school all my life. Later, some family members converted to christian. I later in life became a christian bec I was on the verge of suicide. I am not ashamed of what God did in my life. This incident happened 16 years ago. I can fill this page and go on about my testimony. In a nutshell, God saved and gave me a new life
