Thank you. It's happen to my friends and my old job and it's WORK like that.

I said 75% work like that from my experience.
 
I had the similar problem with my Apple laptop five years ago. It turned out that the battery was bad so I got a new battery with the warranty. It works so far. Knock the wood!

Yes, I think that you could bring it back to the shop as long as you have the warranty for the repair. Your laptop is going to have a big surgery! Let's hope that it doesn't scream too loud so that it wouldn't crack all the windows around the world.

I don't understand. The laptop is STILL under warranty. She should take it back to them for repairs. I should not cost her a penny if it's covered under the warranty.

Think about it.

Take battery and AC off for only take a few minutes to get it work compared contact sony take over 1 hour or shipping it back to factory for few days because of warranty? It's silly! If take battery and AC off and not work then different story. Few minutes to fix is not hurt you.

When your car's tire got flat and you take it to dealer because of warranty? I am sure they hold on you for few hours or something compared do yourself for refill up the air for few minutes. Just give you the idea.


Take battery and AC off should not void the warranty.

Someone have same problem with Sony and he fixed by himself take only few minutes.
 
i tried fix my laptop computer and never fix but its too late!! Im hope i would get new one of laptop somedays

"Too late"? Fixing the computer while it is alive is never too late. If your laptop is full of viruses, and a full reformat will be best option to have the laptop back running as new.
