Thanks to Bush! He rank it all up and all he cares about is war that's it! He only cares about the rich but not the poor and middle classes who works our asses off! Doesn't he gonna realize that not all of us can afford a $500,000 house. We are having a hard time looking for the right home and that some of them have ranked up!

We will move to SC later on but for now. we r gonna stay around Indiana for a few more years so we will look into buying a home here! :)

Are you sure Bush have something to do with these
house skyrocketing prices ?

NOTE: I understand thats very frustrating.. I still
could NOT figure out how can first-time buyer
afford to buy $500,000 ? SIgh...

$500,000? Not all houses in SC cost that much. For half that much you can get a semi-custom house with lots of extras, over 2,000 sq. ft., 2-car garage, etc. Only if you want a house on the beach or in historic downtown, then you pay over $500,000. But most people live in very nice houses for under $200,000.

House raise prices cause woods supply is short due kitina that place need more woods for rebuild. This year house sales is drastic dropping. Mortgage rate is high. I expect next year should be sight better.

The first time buyers get ARM loans (adjustable rate) which means paying the principal (interest I think) first for 5 years and then start paying the mortage. Sometimes you can get no down payment but when 5 years (or whatever loan contract says) is up, then your payments will double. Its a type of loan usually given to the poor and those with bad credit. Thats how 1st time buyers do it. I do not recommend ARM loans now becuz the interest rates is going up fast and you will be spending more and more $$ than you want to or afford to.

If Im wrong about this, please correct me.

You are right...

What is WORSE now..... many mortgage companies
prefer for you to use the WORST type of loans
called "balloon" or "interest only" These are
the WORST BAD mortgage loans !!!!

Actually yes.

It doesn't matter if the house is clean.

Cockroaches are just looking for a place to stay warm or safe....they come in my house sometimes and my house is clean.

My boyfriend says it's normal. They come from outside.

I take a broom and try to coax it out the door cause I do not want to go near it. I HATE ROACHES!!! >.<

California is much worse than most other states because real estate is too expensive, for 2 BR/2 BB 1940's house in Compton area is cost about $450,000 or more and it's located in rough neighborhood. Other in Pacoima, that where several miles from my area, also Pacoima is poverty area in some part that where 2 BR/2 BB pre-1950's house is about more than $600,000.
