Last night, I was working at the supermarket when a man who looked very dirty came in and did some bottle returns. After he was done with the bottle machine, he wanted a person to cash the bottle return papers. However, no one wanted to help him and he became mad. Eventually, my friend, Karen T. decided to help him because she is older than all of the workers in the front end at that time. Would you help him?

That person is human, like us and needs to be respected with dignity. He wants cash from coupons, I'll do it as a courtesy.

I recall I gave fragile old guy who lived on the streets for many years, I passed him every morning for 4 years to work. He was just like there, sleeping through all seasons. It breaks my heart to see him in his condition so I gave him $100 dollars worth of 'Food only' debit card. No hard drinks, no beer, no smokes were programmed into the card.

I am only a bagger and I do not know how to work a register. When I was at a register looking for a paper towel in order to blow my noes when this man approach me. The other cashiers are young ladies (except for Karen T.) and this man spoofed us. There is a TB scare in this country with Andrew Speaker who has a rare form of TB. I would prefer to cautious with a person than get TB. I DID remember him in my prayers last night. I always treat people with dignity REGARDLESS of they treat me with dignity or not. prefer to cautious

I would help because that's my job to help people. Since he came in the store to return the bottles and get the money refund, and he have a right to get his money.

I don't think I've see any bum or anything happened came in the store when I used to work in grocery store.

Yes, it´s your job task.

It´s obligate to help the customers due your job task.

According on wal-fart policy that require cashiers to help all type of consumers, don't matters if clean or dirty.

Yes, I would help him. Why not?

It doesn't matter to me if the man is drunk or sober, he still needs money for a service rendered, of which he did. He is also a customer, no matter what he looks like.
