The world is changing and the wather is getting crazier! So Jeremy and I brought light bulbs that saves 66 percent less energy. And we have always been recycling. Also we looked into appliances that has energy star on it so when we r getting a house..we plan to buy those that has energy star. We are looking into hybird car or a good car that's good for gas. As for heating bill...we are at 68 instead of 72 degrees and have heaters on...and have platic on windows already.

Forests are being replaced by grasslands, lakes and marshes with corresponding changes in animal life. The forests that collapsed because of the melting are called drunken forests. The land would get converted into thermokarst areas with holes and mounds that would be bad for farming, with holes up to 16 feet deep known. Nothing bad for the Alaska oil pipeline is expected soon, but they could need to do more maintenance. If there is too much melting, the pipeline could collapse.
The BBC link has a picture of a building that is all cracked and collapsed. :-o
That is a rumor gossip?!
