I learned today that even the least thoughtful person can be even less thoughtful especially of their children in regards to making plans for daycare when she is about to return to work and banking on getting her specific old job back. yeah THAT person.... UGH

This is pretty tough one...I tried to think of one last night and couldn't think of one. I thought of one just now that I should have said yesterday's post.

But anyway here is one I have taken notice...I think I have poke or broke my finger without realizing it till yesterday!!! Now my hand is sore after work today...either I broke or bruise my finger badly and hit a nerve...So my question was what did I do? I don't even remember either how I poke or broke my finger...:dunno2: Now there will be another doctor bill...

something I learend that I should realized long time ago but yesterday's news is so old in past... just live up to today and look forward to tomorrow... don't dwell on past for long time or u wud miss out on whatever is important to do now. ;)

Yesterday is written in your history books, tomorrow is a new day

I learned today that our cones are marked 1,2,3, and 4 to keep track of which shoulder cutter is cutting what and who's cutting improperly (such as leaving the pulley bone or triangle bone in the breastmeat).

Today I learned the following sign words:

Donkey: With the thumb side of the tight B hand against the right side of the forehead, palm facing forward, bend up and down with a repeated movement.
Door: Beginning with the index-finger side of both B hands touching in front of the chest, palms facing forward, swing the right hand back toward the right shoulder with a double movement by twisting the wrist.
Drapes: Beginning with both 4 hands in front of each shoulder, palms facing forward, drop the hands downward while turning the palms down.
Drawer: With the fingers of both A hands tightly curled in front of each side of the body, palms facing up, pulls the hands back toward the body with a repeated movement.
Dress: Brush the thumbs of the 5 hands downward on each side of the chest.
Drool: Beginning with the index finger of the right 4 hand near the right side of the mouth, palm facing in and fingers pointing left, bring the hand downward in front of the chest.
Drug: Pound the little-finger side of the right S hand, palm facing up, with a double movement near the crook of the extended left arm.
Drum: Move both X hands, palms facing in and knuckles pointing toward each other, up and down in front of the chest with a repeated alternating movement.
Drunk: Move the thumb of the right 10 hand, palm facing left, in an arc from right to left to left past the chin.
Duck: Close the extended index and middle fingers of the right hand, palm facing forward, to the right thumb with a repeated movement in front of the mouth.

Typical I learn a little more sign words per day but today I felt lazy.

Today I learned that Walmart has shitty customer service when you try to return shitty merchandise.

Should've moved ALL my stuff yesterday so gives me time to unpack all things today, but still it is not finished. :(

It just dawned on me the other week that I've made almost 65 orbits of the sun!:giggle:

Dawn . . . sun. You are such a wordsmith! And just a kid, too. I'm hurtling towards my 67th full circle 'round old Sol. I like your imagery.

Today I memorized all the moons of Neptune (8), Mars (2), and Jupiter (4): Plus the planets with no moons...Mercury, and Venus.

I know, I know, I'm a geek.

Today I just realized that Pluto is not a planet anymore. :(

I learn that Hillary, Obama, McCain are against same-sex marriage. Huske want to ban amendment on same-sex marriage.

:topic: Sorry...I used to work for Gold Kist in Liveoak, FL Debone breast meat...Hard ass job!! Working with the cutting gloves, a knife, and chicken breast flying by!! We did not have those(labeled cones) at the time I worked there but. That is a good Idea. Due to some lazy workers would skip their part to leave it to the others on the back of the line.

anyways I just learned something new about the Chicken processing. Thanks Dixie!:ty:

Hard but I wish they would pay more for the hazards.

I learned today of a great interactive website for math games to use on the Smartboard. I am going to use that with my class tmw for math cuz they are struggling to subtract 2 3-digit numbers with borrowing. I want them to master it so I can teach them how to count change when paying more for something they buy.

I learned today that there are some messengers are crappy when it comes to video. See my appropriate thread.
