Two things:

#1: We are also free to reform or overthrow our government if they get out of control. They are already there! Voting them out is the preferred way but if things don't change I can see an uprising of the people coming.

#2: How are we supposed to pay for something that is going to cost one trillion dollars a year? And if the masses don't want it then why should we be forced to get it?

Overthrow the government? How? Majority GOP winning isn't part of revolution, nor is uprising. If most voters favor Obama so nothing could you do, except for move out of USA and attempt to overthrow of elected officials are illegal. The voting isn't part of overthrow. Your comment is very embarrassed since you are cop and you supposed to be professional when come to government, regardless you agree or disagree with government.

#2 - you will not like it - NEW TAXES and funded from all people in same pool to make health care insurance so cheaper.

uhm... you said several 'people'.
you and a nut job don't make several. or plural 'people'
a person and a nut job equals one person. you.

You are the stupid one.

Even Jiro admit Grayma is part of the "people".
That satisfies the "several".

sorry.... several implies three or more... not two either. nutjobs don't count as people.

Grayma ..... rolling7 .....Kokonut.. = 3 people
This satisfies "three or more".

But if you chose not to include Kokonut as a person, then we all will have to consider you a non-person. But will also have to declare you are a creature of a cow and a puppy, in otherwords not a person.

For me, there is not much problem with government, exception for two parties system and our government are supposed to run by multi-parties like some European countries.
No, our government is NOT supposed to be run by "multi-parties like some European countries." This is NOT Europe. This is the United States of America, and we have a Constitution that lays out our governmental structure and processes.

... you have option to move out of USA if you are not happy with our government....
You also have that option.

I support SOCIALIST based health care....
Then perhaps you will have to move to a SOCIALIST country to get what you want.

Foxrac, maybe you should read the Declaration of Independence! Overthrowing the government is not illegal at all! The founders wrote that into the document to protect us from dictators and socialist agenda seeking elitists. Since you are for socialized medicine maybe it is you that needs to move out! All comments meant with sincere friendliness intended but only very sarcastic at times!

USA is compatible to run multi-parties system if Americans want instead of only vote for democrat or republican.

No, not interested to move out and I'm satisfied with our government. We are free to push any healthcare reform whatever we wants, especially socialist based health care and it has done via legislative - the congress to pass the law and president to sign into law. I told airportcop that he has option to move out because he is very unhappy with our elected government and not much change via voting.

Even, I couldn't afford to move out and they required much things before they could admit you, also I don't have any families that live outside of USA.

lol oh yeah that's very realistic thinking.
when folks don't use their brain in voting and simply heel to the party line it's called 'robot'. the republican way. heel.
done with this.

I already read the constitution when I took history class in year ago and got A on constitution test. No, it is illegal to overthrow (known as insurrection) the government without voting process and if majority of people support the specified system that you don't like so no way for you to overthrow the government that majority of people elected them. Our government are NOT dictator and our constitution doesn't say about socialist. Having socialist system like free healthcare that funded by taxpayer isn't illegal and we are free to adopt any systems that we want, however it has done via the congress and the president sign.

No, I don't want move out and I'm satisfied with our government. Both of you and I are VOTER and we are free to vote whatever we wants, no matters if you agree or disagree.

Honest with you, your comment is very unprofessional and very embarrassing because you are just like Japanese schoolgirl who is in FEAR about everything. I just offer you another option is move out if you are not satisfied with our government and doesn't change anything via voting that majority of people elect the politician that they want as you don't like. I don't force you to do it and telling me to move out because I want socialized healthcare is just silly. If Americans want socialized healthcare so they could do it in their country.

Feel free to overthrow Obama out of office now and tough luck with you. I will not sympathy for you if you get arrested and lose the job due to treason or insurrection and threaten to our president. It is very unpatriotic to do it.

The Constitution does not allow for a violent overthrow of the government. That would be illegal.

Candidates from many parties can run for office, yes.

But we don't have a multi-party system of running the government the way European countries do.

Of course, you and I are free to promote our causes in America. However, since we don't have a socialist constitution, we can't have a socialist government. It's not allowed in our Constitution. Do you want to throw away the Constitution?

Even, I couldn't afford to move out and they required much things before they could admit you, also I don't have any families that live outside of USA.
Really? If those other countries are so perfect it seems that they would welcome you with open arms and full support. ;)

I don't say about socialist government and our constitution is more broader about how our government set like right wing, left wing, centrist, libertarian and socialist, depending on their party. We do have socialist party in USA and not many people want vote because people who support socialist programs are usually vote for Democratic Party. Please show me about where socialist isn't allowed in the constitution and we do have socialist programs that are not unconstitutional.

The socialist constitution is no needed to have a socialist government, however broader constitution like USA, we can if majority agrees.

There are no countries that are perfect, seriously and I rather to stay in USA because I have families here.

Reba & Foxrac,

You are both correct about the Constitution and that is why I revised and corrected my post but the Declaration of Independence does and has been recognized at times as law by the Supreme Court. I corrected my post shortly after I posted it but I see that I didn't get it changed in time!:P

Foxrac, the fact that I made a mistake means that I am human and I am willing to admit when I am wrong unlike others on this forum. I immediately corrected my post so go back and re-read it please. I personally have no plans to overthrow the government. Right now I have no desire to leave the U. S.. I love it here but if things do get bad I might consider it. Read the Declaration of Independence.

I think the term 'overthrow' does not imply it's done in a legal sense. It's like a coup. run em out. overtake. revolutions and such are not legal methods.
It would take a civil war to overthrow this the US gov.
the opposing party ain't gonna take it lying down.

Ok, no problem and you don't need leave USA if you are unhappy, however it is just another option. I think that you already thorough unhappy life in past, especially Carter and Clinton Admin, just like me, I had thorough unhappy life under Bush Admin for 8 years and having Obama in office doesn't my life so happier because of situation with the congress. It doesn't make me to vote for republican, unless they are socially liberal because I'm supporting any candidates whoever are socially liberal.

It is just like you have to deal with politicians that you don't like, same goes with rest of us.

Good. And good-bye.

BTW: I've stated several time on AD that I'm a Independent, so I'm no robot.

lol.... nice try pal. 'done with this' meant this thread reply... not AD. maybe you should try not using 'wishful thinking' to make your replies.
cuz you want it or say it doesn't make it true.
always need the last word? go for it. just be realistic.
