What did you do today?

So far I went through my summer/winter clothes...put away some of my summer clothes and took out some of my winter clothes. I didnt put nor take out all because it could still get warm again before winter settles in. Put the clothes I dont want in a bag. Went through some stuff in the basement to throw out and then took out the Halloween decorations to be put up.
 
Put my son in his bike trailer and went for a ride. Gorgeous day here, lots of people out. But boy, my legs are t-i-r-e-d!
 
Went to Deaf church, got home, made lunch, then sat and spent 2 hours typing up the notes from a double sermon and then posting them on the church's page on FB. In my Word document, it was 9 pages long. Then I kicked around online and then fixed dinner.
 
Sorted clothes and threw away some summer clothes that are too worn out to save.
 
Caught up with an old friend from Austin. Took the dogs for a romp off leash. A good day!
 
Had a wicked bad day at church, cleaned the house, then spent quality time here, paid bills and spent the evening with sweet dog kisses and lap loving time. It was a great evening.
 
Oh! Not have this before. Was apartment before. Not own, rent.

Well, I took the flu shot last winter and I was sick free. So, I got another flu shot b/c I know it helps a lot.

Flu shots save lives especially elders and kids. Couple of old women got flu shots after me. It is NOT free for everyone. If you dont have health insurance, you must pay.

I got my halloween decorations all set up. :rockon: I truly love this time of year.

You said that you have not been sick since then flu shot. It's because you have a strong vitamin D which makes your immune system strong. It has nothing to do with the flu shot. Where the vitamin D comes from? It's from the sun. :) That is probably why you were outside often. Many old people often stay inside to keep away from the sun. Many nursing homes often do not let them outside to get some fresh air.
 
good easy weekend.

saturday... rode together with my friend to my mechanic... then to hooter... then got soaked on the way home.... freezing too
sunday... had a lunch with my ex... and had a coffee n' snack with buddhist monk upstair and also with homeless woman that she took in

love this brisky sunny/cloudy day

Yesterday was very productive....went food shopping, planted the Fall flowers (was FREEZING out), got the Halloween decorations out, put some of them up (still have to do the lights), cleaned the house, went through my summer and winter clothes to make the switch, and watched a lot of football.

What will I do today...work, what else? Have a great day ADers. Be good!
 
Staying home today. Taking the kids to school then going back to bed. A major flare up of joint pain, uncontrollable shakes, and nausea has returned. Ugh!!!!
 
^^ i thought you were looking for that bunny tail lol, and sorry about your pain, i get flare up with tinnitus and tennis elbow (really painful one) as im on extra strong anti=inflammtory tablets. its 10x stronger than voltaren cripe i get blurry eyes in the first hour of taking it...not fun...

just rest when you can ( i know its a pita when we Have to clean up) i keep my place at least half tidy all the time but super clean jsut dont have time...
