Thinking its time I do my research on low cost electric mowers.

Why would someone want to buy an electric mower? That's just asking for trouble and is a bigger pain in the ass than a rotary mower.

wrong with them. I'm not a fan of electric corded mowers, but it's easy for me to find them cheap and turn around and ask more. Yeah, they're good for environment. I'll just prefer manual reel or gas if I was to buy for myself to use.Someone who doesn't want to deal with trying to start a gas mower, having to buy gas for the mower, maintenance of a gas mower, etc. My last electric lasted 5 years with only needing to have to get the blades sharpened each year and one repair in the 4th year.
For me, dealing with the cord is less of a hassle.
