But it is our first 'official' snowfall that is more than a dusting. Just started a little while ago...can't wait to see how much we get ;)

LOL..why, is that a 'dusting' to you? I'm along the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland. This snow is nothing to a normal snowfall...I just made a deal out of it because it is our first one of the season except for a dusting we had the other night.

in IL had lots of snow but most of them melt and we had abt 1 inch of snow last night..whoopie doo. heheh
 
:lol: yep VERY typical of the weather in MD and it generally hits the area late Jan to mid Feb
 
Fly Free you are right. I don't know long you have been in this area (or if you still are) but a common quote is 'If you don't like the weather, wait ten minutes because its gonna change'. It is very true here (and in other parts of the country). Its one of the things I love about being on the Bay.

It's been snowing here in Rochester, New Yor, non-stop for the last few days. We must have had over 12 inches already! :eek:
