Update on my moving

Hi peeps,
you may remmy I posted some while ago that I'm moving.. it turned out that we didnt move last fri.. When I found out from my lil brother, I broke down and cried... and my mom told us all, and we all GOT SOOOOOOO MAD!!! we were "pointing fingers" at my mom because we repaired and painted rooms for NOTHING!! I was like :madfawk: :madfawk: :madfawk: :madfawk: :fu2: :fu2: and why my mom hot my hopes high.. I really learn BIG LESSON not to get hope high anymore... and later on my mom told us all that the house turned out to have problems such as faulty wiring, water problems, etc even the deck support is rotten..... Because her friend is house inspector...... We met him again this am, he inspected the house, said it look good, and can buy.... at other house we didnt move, we found out that the guy who own it have been lying to us, and he and his family would sneak in house and have sex because when I was looking for screwdriver, and I foind condom in the closet, and mom's friend smelt something funny, and then found sex cream well hidden on top of ceiling... We was like oh man..... imagine if we move in, they would keep on coming back... I told my mom if we don't get house that we looked at today, then I am outtie of family, and it was her last chance to keep me in family because I can't stand sleeping in living room and have to give up my room to my sister.... If I hear we don't move then thats it, bye bye bye my family for good, and will find an apt through a program since Secetion 8 is closed. I know that when I live in apt or places by myself, I know my mom won't visit me, that happened last summer. I also am getting tired of this crappy place I am living in because its gettng falling apart, and I am tired of bus service limit since Metro Mobility cost more than bus to get around... I will wait and hear..... if plan doesnt go what it goes then I have backup plans... I always have back up plans...
 
oh geeze hun :hug: Is it possible to change the locks so that previous owner doesn't bring his whores in that home anymore or either his family for all that matters?

I am so sorry that it has to make it a nightmare for you, But you could do something about it as far as house in bad shape, Is it a law in your state that the owner has to fixed it up before giving the home to you?


I had the same problem with you kinda of, When I first moved in my home the Landlord never cleaned the house up, It was horrible. My son Markus and I did all the cleaning even picked up the trashed that was pile up in the closet and attic and basement. I couldn't do anything because, I paid the first month rent and security deposit before I moved in and I told the Landlord what about the cleaning?! He said you could clean it if you want you already paid me your rent and security deposit. I was a sucker for doing that.. ugh!
 
When you are house or apt hunting, ALWAYS check every corners of every room even basement and attic.... That what I do when we went house hunting...

Oh I did actually that was the time the renter was moving out, as I saw her moving out I asked the Landlord if I can look inside the house to see if I like it, He let me in during that time it was messy, But he also stated he would clean it up and move in within a month, but when the month came up, No, he didn't even cleaned the house the only thing he ever did to the house was remove the carpet in the living room to stairs and put a new carpet in.

I'm truly sorry to hear that and I do know how you feel girl, that really sucks...but I do hope you find another place soon, will pray on that for you....

Your mom and the owner can neogiate about reduce the price. If the owner agrees with your mom. Then she would be able to have the wires, water eqiupment and deck. That wouldnt be that expensive to repair them.

For deck - that she can have someone to do air pressure to get rid of rotten or have wood to replace.

For water problem -- i dont know what kind problems -- if pipe-- have cooper pipe to replace.. or water tastes awful -- use water filter? or something like that..

wires -- to have wires to replace.

How can you assume if he and his family would sneak in his own house and have sex? It is his home and they can do whatever they want until they have to sell the house and they will stop from doing like that. Sex cream? that's their business. When they move out.. im sure they will not leave it in there.

When you guys move in new home and Im sure your mother will have to change all locks.

They all did moved out, house was vacant, we were painting rooms, that just it happened, and my mom's friend is house inspector, he know the smell, etc in house...

Update

Me, My mom, and my sis went to other house, down the street from high school where I graduated from, we looked in it, it look really fancy, and it have swimming pool in backyard, and also fireplace on 1st floor... Its rambler house... Theres a fan that cost $500 in dining room.. In summer on my day off, I can go swimming!!! My family are moving at end of janurary. I'll have to post the picture sometimes.... We don't need to do paint job or anything, just build one more bedroom for one of my brother.
 
That's great to hear that....glad that things worked out in the end for you and your family :)
