You should try it if you haven't already. It's definitely closer to a white wine with a slight berry taste. I think that's where the pink part comes from. It's definitely not a red wine.

Body Worlds is cool.. I went to the one in Philadelphia back around 2005.
The exhibit I went to also had implants and other useful medical devices- yes I think there was actually a cochlear implant. The lens implants there were donated by my old eye doc .

I have been there in 2004 (not sure what year) in NYC. Very fascinating!
