Where exactly is that stated? The poster said, quite simply, English.
I thought through your powers of observation that you knew which form of English was most commonly used throughout the United States. My mistake.

Rather heaping contempt and disdain, why don't you just show the federal law that contradicts what Barbaro said? Sheesh. As impressed as we all are, the internet already has enough tough guys as it is.

:gpost:
Well said. Love the "air of superiority" being espoused by the OP. Even when people differ, we all have to accept each other.

Are U.S. Government employees required to speak English?
So, by this suggestion, any deaf that does not speak is out of a job. Wrong website for this comment.

Now, anytime you purchase .... anything, it has instructions in English and Spanish.

15 years ago ..... nope. Why do you think that is the case?
That is something a true Conservative should understand. It is about increasing the customer base, which increases profits. No matter if it was required or not, big companies want to appear interested in all customers. Maybe you should boycott all products that contain any "foreign" language on the labels. Do your part to show them how you feel.

I cannot recall seeing a law passed that required American manufacturers to print labels in Spanish. They chose to do it "to appease" to the Hispanics that live here, whether they are legally here or not. Some products also have French, but I am not hearing any complaints about a massive invasion of Parisians.

Yes, it is. And again, you are misinterpreting my post. But that's okay. Your motives are apparent.
