Terri Schiavo's former husband Michael married again

Ask yourself one question, Would you want food and water withheld if you can breathe on your own?

Withdrawing food and water from anyone who is not about to die is consider murder. I won't tolerate it. I would never do that to my boys, nor anyone for all that matters. I don't want to sit there and watch them dying having their organs shutting down slowly, My children would be thinking, 'Mom, why are you doing this to me?' And what am I suppose to think? 'Oh Hun, I want you to go in peace with God'. Have I step back and realized maybe that's not what my children would want? If they haven't discuss anything with me, Why would I go ahead and order dehydration and starve for my children? Michael didn't think that, He thinks he knows best, If it was him that been laying there instead of Terri, Would he want that for himself? I'm sure not. :|

BOSS???? oh please! When a man and a woman marries that doesn't make the man a BOSS! Both are equal.
He was Terri's legal guardian and he could have gave it to Terri's parents if he didn't want to continue to be with Terri as her husband. Terri's parents loved her and wanted to take care of her. Michael wanted Terri dead for a long time and he got his wish. Murderer!!!

I still think Micahel made a very wrong decision. :smoking:

Michael knew that Terri's father gave her away at the church wedding therefore, he should have returned Terri to her father because her parents would have been more than happy to take care of Terri. :pissed:

Michael did not need to commit murder or worse yet, use the legal system to his advantage to murder somebody through the legal system. :shock:

Didn't anybody look at the pictures of the scan? :( They show that Terri was truly gone, so killing her body didn't kill her because she was already gone with no way to come back. The only way I could think of bringing her back would be to replace the lost neurons with the same connections with the same information. Nobody had the technology to copy that information before Terri collapsed, so we don't have that information with us, so we can't put it back into her head by replacing the neurons.

It wasn't the starving and dehydrating that destroyed her cerebral cortox, it was already like that before they starved her. The body that died wasn't the original Terri, but the Terri with no higher brain functions and with no way of getting those back.

Sorry, just because we have a body doesn't mean we really have the person. If the brain cells needed for higher brain functions are gone with no return, then the person is also gone with no return.

A miracle would account to putting new cells there with the same information. But we don't have any means of getting all of that information, except by time travel to copy it from the original Terri. The original Terri was already in the past when the body died, so there's no point in saving somebody who wasn't there.

This argument conjures up images of a bank account flush with millions from malpractice suits and whatnot. After her initial collapse, her husband sued for medical malpractice. Yes, he won. The settlement was for approximately one million dollars, $700,000 of which went to a trust fund for Terri's treatment. $300,000 went to her husband. No, Terri Schiavo is no murder but the law allowed her to die. Michael helped Terri, not killed her or cause her to die.

Well, it´s Michael´s decision. Parents can´t do anything to control what their kids do after they marry because Terri married him. Let our beloved Terri go peacefully. I beleive Michael ask the doctors for the advice how to save his wife´s suffer but unfortunlately euthenasia is not allow accord Florida law system but remove feeding-tube.

Look, Michael has been suffer for 15 years to battle with Terri´s parents. I can see that Michael fought for Terri´s right to die because he knew her wishes as Terri´s best friend, too. Terri´s best friend stated at court what she know Terri´s wish.

I see the problem is Terri´s parent refused to accept that their daughter had severe brain-damaged. It´s parents who burden Terri´s peace with that press, reglious, policitians, courts, etc. It´s parents who got everyone in the whole America and the world to hate Michael. I really don´t understand Terri´s parents if they are truly religious then they should worry about Terri, not got everyone to hate Michael and label him as murder, adultery, etc. etc.

Terri´s parents didn´t have enough sense to be nice to Michael but talked about him like a dog. I remember Michael say in the new that he want from Terri´s parents is an apologly after what they have done to him because Michael done nothing illegal to hurt his wife. Of course Michael could sue Terri´s parents for defamation for what they done to get the world to dirt Michael´s private life if Michael want to but he didn´t. I can see that Michael is a good person.

I have the feeling that Terri´s parent want to control her as her "child". I beleive he did his best for her and spent alot of money on treatments to improve her health. I can see that everyone are being brainwashed by medias to label Michael as lousy husband, murder, monster etc. etc. etc. because he moved on with his new life. He did not abandoned her since he moved on with his life.

Look, Michael´s girlfriend (now wife) would not of have him if she knew what and how he treated Terri because she don´t want to be treat the same as Terri if any happen to her one day but she still married him... It shows that she knows that Michael is a good person and take care of Terri for years.
Why Michael allow to have an autopsy straight way, it look like that he didn´t have anything to hide, don´t he? It shows clear that Michael didn´t do anything illegal.

All what I say is not listen medias but convince yourself.

I don´t care either Michael nor Terri´s parents are liar but consider your feeling and convince yourself what those situation when you are in their shoes.

I only want to say that Michael´s private life is none of my business but Terri, we care about.

Yes, we have seen the scan, but....

Just because Terri was not the same person she was before she collapsed doesn't mean she should be denied love and care, whether she was disabled or otherwise. :( She WAS a human being, not something to be disposed of when she was no longer any good to her husband or the community. : p And her parents HAD every right to love and care for her, no matter what, didn't they? But they too were denied the right to love and care for her, and that is truly tragic.



p.s. my opinion is that Michael and his newly wedded wife are in for money, that is why. That's all they ever care about.... MONEY!! : p

You both are missing the point! She was breathing on her own, How can someone take a human being life when they are breathing on their own? If you want someone to stave you both to death, Be it, But, don't make me change my opinion about Michael. I stand my ground about what I think of Michael nothing in this world would make me change my mind about him. He's a big fat liar murder jerk period! :thumb:

I already stated in my previous posts that I disagree to have someone to starve to death but put her sleep by euthenasia because it´s quick but unfortunlately euthenasia is not allow accord Florida law system.

Yes, I know she has a breath and eyes except body movement because her brain doesn´t do for her body... The doctor reports that its impossible to have the chance to improve her health.

The only person that suffer for 15 years is Terri, it took Michael 2 or 3 years to suffer without a feeling love by a woman, which he found one, he was no longer suffering....
