She wasn't brain-dead, She was brain damaged. Two different conditions, Remember that. When someone is brain-dead they are hooked up on machines, when someone is brain damaged, they are not hooked up on machines. :thumb:

he getting married again to his new wife and left behind of Terri's families no excuse for what more reasons!

but he got guardian of terri for longtime till she died that no excuse to strave of her for eat but the judge wanted her to dies! that unfair at judges!

Kinda how I feel, too, with the additional fact that I'd be concerned about the idea of my soul possibly still being attached to a useless body and tortured into insanity for all that time with no hope of coming back. Or, if I WAS completely gone, I'd definitely want people to quit draining themselves emotionally and financially on a thing that I no longer needed.

You asked me that SPECIFIC question and I would say I'd be very upset and tell her to get the hell out of my place. I wouldn't leave her for that ailment.

But... if I were a vegetable, I would not care one bit about what's going on around me. Get it? My life is over from the minute I become a vegetable and I will NOT impose my useless life on anyone. My wife is free to keep feeding me or kill me - but I'd think she's wasting her time and energy since I am nothing but a vegetable. I'd rather just let go and die.

Honestly, it´s NONE of people´s business because it`s Michael´s private life, not people. I realized now that Terri´s parents has no right to get their supporters to bitching/judging Michael´s private life.

Remember that Michael is NOT worst man in the world.


My hubby & I thank Terri's case to wake us up and will going to prepare our legal will at Notary to make sure and will talk to our children... Its about our safety in future because we don't want to end like Terri's case.... hassle and battle at court between Michael and Terri's parents...

Yes I'm agree that it's an abuse to starve someone to death.

I would not want my hubby to starve me death but give me infection to put me sleep peaceful like what the Vet did with animals and pets.

But at Terri's case, you will not remember your children because you have severe brain damage. You can't remember or communicate with your children, can't cuddle your children, walk with them... or play with them...

Offically that Michael really doesn't want expense his own pocket for his wife costing the Health care beds nursing home.. All he want rid her.. save his pocket plus large sum of Terri's will... That stupid for him being smell her will!

Michael spend a lot of money on Health expenses to help Terri but it doesn't work. It shows that he want to help her but it doesn't work after 3 years so he decide to end Terri's life but Terri's parents rejected and make scandal over Michael's private life. I can image when I am in Terri's parent's shoe then I would have no time to make scandals against Michael but worry about Terri's health and make charity to help her... That's how they battled at court for years...


Terri' husband had no patience for too long. What would he do? Jacking off for ten years?

Good Point, that's why I would not want my hubby to make bankrupt everything because of me... I want my hubby focus our children's future than worry about me...

I would let my hubby to end my life IF the doctors say they can't do anything to improve my health... (damaged brain).

How could Terri sign to have divorce agreement because she CAN´T. This is law. Nobody can do for Terri when they want divorce Michael for Terri. Law is Law.

Apparently, many don't know what marriage means. They say that Michael cheated. Well, did they know that it was Terri's parents that ENCOURAGED Micheal to date women while he was STILL MARRIED to Terri? Yes, Terri's parents KNEW that Michael has a girlfriend BEFORE they fall out with Michael and made scandal against Michael. They advised Michael to GO and enjoy his life until he met a woman.

Yes Michael accept the fact after 3 years that Terri is unable to be normal again - maybe act like 10 months old.
 
I find that hard to believe. Do you have a reputable source that says Terri's parents let him go out with another woman ?

Well, you can't compare prayalzied leg with vegetable patient... (severe brain damage) because the person with paralyse leg can talk, laugh, play, cuddle, etc. with their family but brain damage CAN'T.

I took care of my hubby who got nerve paralyse on his face in last October 2004, not brain damage... It goes improve because he CAN take care of his health HIMSELF what brain damaged CAN'T.

which cannot feed her own mouth so use tubing.. aint' hurt.. kept her alive and feeding tube which is okay?

If she cannot breathe her own means using breath machine to help her breath.. obvouis brain damage, cannot control her body system runs well..

breath YES with help from vegetable. (sort of machine)
eating with the help from feeding tube.

Because she can't breath herself without vegetable and can't eat herself without feeding tube.

Which mean is she CAN'T walk, talk, cuddle, hand in hand, sports, etc with her husband... can't wash to clean herself... she act like baby... talk like 10 months old... she has severe brain damaged... it can't work on her body well... stay like baby... she cant go to toilet... she need diaper like baby... it's no life for her... I would not want to suffer like that when I were Terri... I want my hubby to let me go to heaven and focus our children's future.
 
Wow, it's amazing to see how many people would actually complain about giving their partner a bath, changing, potty, feeding and giving up most of the time by taking care of their love ones....I'm speechless, It shows me that some people do not take their marriage vows that seriously but give up too quickly by worry about themseleves more than they worry about taking care of someone they truly love....
