After completing my taxes yesterday afternoon--I got to thinking....

Who owes? (Me, of course!)

Who is getting a refund?
 
$69 paid to the Federal government.

Should get $30 from the state.
 
I got some. I filed last month :cool2:
 
$0.00 from the state as we have no state income tax.

$ 8,100.00 to the IRS.....

This comes of being self employed with no payroll deduction?

Because obviously in total we paid more that $69.
 
i copy my check stubs from my old jobs and current jobs for taxes and IRS but my mom is responsible for my taxes and irs.Because my mom is guardian
 
I am not paying a dime this year whoohoooo I am getting a refund but its not much at all.
 
I got huge tax refund from federal in last 2 month ago and good news for me, for state, I'm wait for refund via mail.
 
Hubby meets with our tax man tomorrow, so I don't yet know the exact amount but we usually owe about $6,000 federal and $200 state in addition to what is withheld. We are self-employed. :)
 
My husband and I got a nice sized refund from both the Fed and State. We are taking our girls to Disneyland once school lets out!
 
Ugh....

I always dread when Tax Time is right around the corner. :lol:

Did you guys use your tax deductions against your total income? I assume you guys do?

I haven't filed yet and it's only a week away from its deadline... eek! lol But I will do it, eventually.

Hope to have some refund at least.
 
I will be getting huge refunds soon. I will use this money to fly to Germany this summer, with my parents and a friend of mine.
I am looking forward to it. :D
