We have a laser pen left over from when my dad was teaching "English as a 2nd Language". Sammy the 3 y/o male doesn't like it at all and ignores it totally. Tinkerbell the 4 y/o female loves it. She will go for at least an hour before beginning to gasp or breathe hard. We only do it 2-3 times a week. By far, her favorite toy, is a wadded up ball of paper. Small is better and more fun. Just wad up a receipt and she's in 7th heaven.
