Sleepwalking...have you ever done that? If so..what happened?

Tell us your story if you had done sleepwalking..might be pretty interesting to hear what you did while sleepwalking! How about it???
 
thats good question but at the same time, its hard because some people doesnt remember what they had been doing while sleepwalking...:dunno: so regeradless, i will never know if i had slept walked... according to my friends or families, how can they know if i actually sleepwalked very quietly... mmmmm sorry being for too philospher..:lol: but think abt it, how will u know that u really did sleewalking very quiet and no one hears u... :o enuff pondering...
 
Yeah i hear ya Goki...I will tell you mine...I was about 10 or 11 years old when i first sleptwalked..My mom,dad, grandma and i went out of town to visit my sister and her husband (just got married) they were living in a old two story house. I went to bed with my grandma, well the next morning i woke up and was so shocked to see the bedroom all torn up and everybody was standing at the door, staring at me! I said "What happened in here?"..my dad sat down on the bed and gently told me that i got up during the night, tore up the room, hit my grandma with the lampshade, walked outside, thats when my brother in law alerted my parents that i was walking in circle outside and realized that i was sleepwalking!! I started crying cuz i thought they were lying! Dad said "oh you were sleepwalking and you just dont remember doing all this stuff" i was perplexed and so upset about what i have done and of course i was embarrassed to death! Oh incidentally,my grandma was not hurt when i hit her with lampshade, she just took it away from me, knowing i was sleepwalking..the whole thing was pretty bizarre to me!
 
:lol: yes ive sleepwalked when i was a kid up til i was 8 years old -- after that ive apparently stopped :dunno: how that came to be -- but anyway -- a fucking HILARIOUS story was told to me by my older sister that happened when she was around 11 or 12 or so thereabouts (me being 7 or 8) -- ofc this happened back in the 70s --

When we were still living in my girlhood home back east -- my sister was watching this horror flick on TV -- "The Night of the Living Dead" and she was supposed to be in bed sleeping but she decided to sneek out of bed and watch that while our parents were downstairs in the basement -- i walked out of my bedroom sleepwalking and my sister was signing to me telling me "shh shh dont tell mom and dad! come here and sit down and we can watch this scary movie together" -- i ofc didnt answer her just stood there STARING at her :lol: then she was getting all freaked out cuz of my staring at her then all of sudden i had this grand mal seizure (that happened the same nite) and my sister just SCREAMED (and thus ofc gave herself away) -- apparently i had the seizure right when some character on the movie was "killing" someone and the scary part came -- i found that story DAMN hilarious -- ofc mom told me that in the end i was taken to the hospital and my sister was grounded for being up past bedtime and watching tv which was a big :nono: (i think it was on a school night) -- it was one of the several hilarious stories told to me by my sister on the incidences i had a part of or no part of but still hilarious!!! :rofl:

:rofl: OMG! that was sooo funny! I can imagine that! bet that was a scary sight to see you like that especially when you are a little kid! ohhh that was a good one!!
 
i dunno if i ever sleepwalking before.. maybe i did.. who knows.. i can't see myself sleepwalking,, my parents or friends or roommates never told me about me sleepwalking so i assume i never had done it

creepy...but definetly hiralous...she must've thought you turned into a zombie or something lol
 
I have done a lot of sleepwalking when younger. In fact I've ended up in the backyard looking for my blanket. Mom got me back into the house.

There are other times where I've ended up in places that I don't remember being the night prior.
 
Haha! Flyfrees story was funnie! I dont really remember my sleepwalking but my mom always tell me the stories.. hee hee.. My mom told me once that i sleepwalked into her bedroom and told her that one of my friends Toby is going to get hurt.. then i went to sleep.. Weird! He never got hurt, Im crazee.. That was the only time i sleepwalked I think.... I mostly talk in my sleep if Im really tired.. I would laugh or cry in my sleep, its weird because when i wake up in the morning i would feel happy or sad for no reason... hee hee... :P
 
I've never sleptwalk. However, I've seen some people sleepwalk before. It's freaky sometimes. Once, I saw this guy sitting on the couch in the TV lounge in the dorms a couple years ago. The lights and television were off. He was just sitting there with his hand up as if he was holding a remote. I gently tapped him on the shoulder and he got up and walked back to his room. The next day, he said he doesn't remember that happening to him. :eek:
 
I slept walked once...when I was 16 and in high school. I was at a boarding residential school at the time, so the poor Night Attendant counselor got a good show the night I slept walked.
I only remember fragments of it...I remember sitting up in bed and pummelling the bed, got up and walked to the livingroom where the NA was sitting and watching TV. I remember asking her if she had a measuring tape as I needed to measure something in the bedroom! I do remember her facial expression! :lol: She looked so surprised and confused, but I don't remember her response. After that, I walked back to my bedroom and next thing I knew, it was morning. :P

That reminds me of a friend of mine who nearly sleptwalked while we were at a summer camp -- Wilderness Camp in Pacifica...that night, my group had happened to have a bonfire and ghost story telling away from the cabins and my friend had fallen asleep next to me in front of the bonfire. During one scary storytelling -- she sat up and her eyes were still closed, she 'looked' to the left and then to the right and lay right back to sleep. Everyone were staring at her, almost afraid that she was posessed, :lol:
That same night, I saw a white apparation not long after that sleepwalking incident.

sometimes I've seen some people were sleeping even with their eyes open like a bat!

kinda creeps me out so I wonder HOW can they sleep so quite with their eyes open?? I couldn't do a thing like that lol...I get tired so easily at night and just shut my eyes wide shut and sleep soundly...

I dont think I've ever done that because nobody even mentions about me sleepwalking lol but it does sound strange so I guess it's not really a bad thing since they are proably related to dreams, as you thought your dream was real but it really wasn't...lol
 
okay, now I remember ALITTLE stunt...I had a dream when my little brother wanted to borrow some battries from my gameboy and I said no and he quickly grabbed my gameboy, and I slapped him...but it wasn't my brother at all! it was actually my dad! lol you know when I was little, like most kids go into their parents' rooms when they were scared or something so I went into my parents' room when I was little and I've actually slapped my dad's face while I was asleep! he looked mad, but then was confused of why I did that but then we just went back to sleep because it was very late...it was weird because it felt so real *shrugs*

I used to sleep walk a lot when I was a kid. Don't remember a lot of it except I was pounding on the window so hard to get my deaf friend's attention at 3am, but really no one was outside. A minute later I felt my hand was throbbing then I realized that I cracked the window from my bedroom. :Oops: I was like holy she-e-e-e-it! I looked at my own hand and there was no blood. Good Gawd... :dizzy:
 
I used to sleep walk all the time as a kid. I do have a couple of funny stories. Once, I was at my mom's house..."got up," went into the kitchen, opened all of the drawers, went back upstairs...need to pass the bathroom to get to where my bedroom was, and ahh...apparently, my mother had gotten up to use the toilet while I was downstairs opening up stuff... Since it was well after two in the morning, she didn't bother closing the door... LOL. So I walked towards my room just as she was sitting onto the toilet and I jumped, startled...then I just turned and walked back into my room. The next morning, my mother had asked what I was doing up...and I did remember "catching" her relieving herself...but only as a dream...

And at my father's house...I remember walking into his bedroom and just standing there, watching him sleep...LOL. He did wake up and stare right back at me...said he waited for me to leave, and then followed me back into my room to make sure I didn't jump out a window or something. LOL.

There were other times, too, I'm sure...family has reported seeing me walking about and I can't remember those times for the life of me!

Yes I have sleepwalking since late of 20's :Oops: Not when I was kid :dunno:

I did not remmy some of sleepwalking I had before now -- I know I would sleepwalking when I have plm of sleeping or not enough sleep hours -- My last time was get up and scream at my bedframe, it happens last or last two weeks ago!

Dont think i ever done any sleepwalking again after that one time when i was a kid...
I heard if the person is sleepwalking, you dont wake that person cuz it will scare them to death or something...all you have to do is take his/her hand and lead them back to bed.
My husband told me one time when he was in a hotel in Washington DC, he actually walked out of the hotel room to the ice machine out in the hallway about 2 or 3 am and he opened the icemaker and peed in it! LOL! His friend saw him go out the door and was puzzled as to why he walked out of the room so he checked on him and saw him peeing into the ice machine ! he then realized that he was sleepwalking so he took his hand and led him back to the hotel room and put him in bed..the next morning, friend told him what he did and he was like :shock: cuz he didnt remember at all! lol! can you imagine the "yellow" ice in the ice machine?? hahaha
