Regular eggs 'no harm to health'

Yes, exercise helps to lower chorlestrel.

Yes, that´s right but it´s not just execrise but you can reduce cholesteral with health nutriten. Example vitamin C rich foods like citrus fruits and apples, kiwi... also vegetables like garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc.

I'm sure you also know that there are two kinds of cholesterol right? One is for good bodily functions, the other is the bad one that causes heart problems.

We were doing in depth researching in bio. I think it was called HDL and LDL cholesterol. HDL is the one needed by the body to help produce estrogen in women, provide coating for cells, smooth lining in blood veins, and prevent diseases.

Can't live without cholesterol, but like some here already said, too much of something is always never good.

Exactly!

A lot of people don't know the difference between the good and the bad cholesterol.

I feel moderation is the best.

Yes I aware the difference between HDL and LDL cholesterol level because the result of my blood test show on both HDL and LDL cholesterol level.

I know a lot about health issues and also was at 5 week spa resort in 2006 as well. I quoted to response Sequias´s post stand correction.

Exactly!

Yes, eat moderately is important.

Really? You claim that a lot of people don´t know the difference between good and bad cholesterol? I beleive that they must have known thru the result of their blood test and ask the doctor to explain what the difference is...

I don´t eat junk foods and fatty foods but just eggs... I was being recommend to eat eggs 3 times a week... I´m too weak to follow the recommendation because I love eggs... It doesn´t affect my health... Why? because I eat health nutrition a lot, also execrise as well... It lead bad cholesterol if you eat junks, fat meat, etc. etc. a lot with little execise

Several people do not go to get it checked. And several people do not even know until they have that first Heart attack.

That is what I am saying.

Oh I see.

Yes, I has to agree with you on this.

Yeah, that is what me and babyblue were trying to say earlier :)
Lots of people seem to get the idea "Wow! Cholesterol = bad = death" once they visit the doc, but they don't realize the other side.

It is good to see you are experienced from the health issues.

Do you have your own weekly caloric intake plan laid out? I still have to do one of those but I am too lazy..

Yeah, of course nitrution too. :P

No, why should I? I don't read calorie counts because I know which health nutritien I want to pick in my mind and also know my limit... I don't eat processed and fast food. I use homemade cook, fresh and healthy nutriun mostly. I don't go to McDonald or King Burger but proper resturant if we want to go out. I ride my bike a lot or walk a lot and went to fitness studio. I also baked my own cookies and cakes... I will cook homemade donor Kebab with salad for evening snack... :P

I'm not saying that I'm healthy freak but I do eat unhealthy nutriten sometimes like sweets, cakes, etc.

All what I want to say is Everything in moderation...

:ty: for the links.

Unfortunately, I'm on my BB right now so the pictures are tiny.

The pictures of the meat cooking look like the lamb that Greek restaurants use for making gyro sandwiches and other Greek dishes. That one link picture looked a little like a gyro in pita bread.
We usually call a kebab food that is skewered and cooked on a grill, open flame. So a shish kebab would be lamb (shish) with vegetables. A beef kebab would be beef and vegetables, and so forth. There are also fruit kebabs with pork.

Is that the same as you have?

Yes, that's gyro & salad in pita bread. I marinated the chopped pork boneless chop this morning and leave it in fridge until evening to prepare for our evening snack. All what I do is fry marinated pork and prepare salad, Tzatziki sauce and get pita bread.

Sex drug hope over rotten egg gas

The gas responsible for the foul odour of rotten eggs could hold the key to a new impotence drug, experts believe.

A team from the University of Naples Federico II in Italy found the release of hydrogen sulphide in the penis plays a role in creating an erection.

Researchers said the study could lead to an alternative to Viagra, the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science journal reported.

Erection problems affect about one in 10 men.

This may help to unravel the complex mechanisms underlying the physiology of human penile erection

Professor Giuseppe Cirino, lead researcher

It has been suggested that hydrogen sulphide, which is also found in car exhaust fumes, helps relax nerve cells in the penis to stimulate blood flow.

The process mirrors the earlier discovery of the role played by nitric oxide on a slightly different area of the penis, which eventually led to the development of Viagra.

The researchers tested this theory by injecting the gas into intact erectile tissue from eight men who had undergone sex changes surgery as well as carrying out tests on rats.

Lead researcher Professor Giuseppe Cirino said it seemed certain that the gas was partly responsible for the erection process and this could lead to a new drug.

He added: "This may help to unravel the complex mechanisms underlying the physiology of human penile erection and may lead to the development of therapeutic approaches in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and sexual arousal disorders."

Dr Graham Jackson, chairman of the Sexual Dysfunction Association, said the development of a new impotence drug would be welcome.

"There is certainly a need for an alternative to Viagra. It is only about 60% effective in people with diabetes and 80% to 85% effective for the general population."

Hmm...

I can imagine a bunch of old farts buying eggs and then leaving them outside to rot.

Then when his wife wants some, he can simply crack one in a bowl and take a whiff.

Ahh... instant erection! ;)
