Well, I went to health conference at several years ago. It says that we should eat 3 eggs a week... if more than 3 eggs is bad for cholesterol level... I *raised* my hand and questioned a lady that I am egg lover and eat eggs awful alot... 7 or 8 times a week for YEARS, my blood result show that my cholesterol level is very good... She was likeand was like to not beleive me but my friends confirmed her that it´s true.
Again, I was 5 week spa resort in October 2006 - my cholesterol level show very positive and again last October 2008 - blood test again due thyriod test - it shows the same...
I ignored and continue to eat eggs a lot because I can´t live without them...

Factors that eggs can contribute to high cholesterol level:
1. how the eggs were produced (from egg factory and junk that chicken was fed with)
2. how the eggs were cooked (with high cholesterol oil & salt & etc.)
3. what the eggs were eaten with (along with other high cholesterol food)
4. who the eggs were consumed by (a person with high health risk)
Obviously - Liebling's health is good and her cooking is healthier than most. She can eat all the eggs in the world and still have a clean health record. btw - I eat egg nearly everyday and my cholesterol level is brand-spankingly-clean as confirmed by doctor 2 years ago.
I think you get my drift.
