I did read it. But until this goes to court, I doubt we will have an agreement here. I can see both the detainment and the breach of peace being contested. Don't hold your breath, I don't see anyone suing anyone any time soon over this issue.
This interview with Paul Rand is interesting: according to him, TSA had no idea who he was at first and he didn't tell them. And in fact, they only learned after the whole pat down incident and let him go without further delay AND even offered to let him skip ahead of others in line. he refused.
This is quite illuminating - TSA did not knowingly detain a congressman. They had no clue who he was for all he showed them was his driver's license and didn't say a word about his political status.
HUH! This changes everything, doesn't it?

I just hope with all the fuss Paul Rand is making over this that it won't just be all talk and no action. That he will actually do something about it.
