Plans for summer

My summer vacations start this Friday. Yipeeeee!
However, I will work reduced hours at the ASL Lab at the college. I chose reduced hours because I want to be able to feel as if it is really summer vacations.

First week of May, a friend from Canada is coming to visit for two weeks, and we will visit around Utah, Arizona and Nevada. Can't wait to see her tomorrow at the aeroport!

June, I'm not sure though. I'm thinking of joining a local hiking club so that I can go on hikes throughout the summer.

July 4th weekend, my bf and I will be going to Colorado Springs for a wedding, then visit around in Colorado.

My birthday weekend, my bf and I will be going to Yellowstone National Park to hike and camp. Can't wait!

August... not sure! I'll deffo prepare myself for medicine school in the end of August!

Summer?! Summer just went! Summer will come again in November/December!

Don't know what I will be doing then.
 
I'll be off globe-trotting to the USA and Norway to meet friends and see the sights this summer. ;)

i will be busy busy during summer cause i have to go hospital for therapy for my legs *wounded, surgied* to get them heal as well ....


packing everything be in boxes.. be ready for august or september or october for us to moving back to my old hometown

we will traveling around like go southeastern,ohio or wv or pa or indiana , who knows.. depends on my man's schedules from his 2 jobs! :)

ack! Not July.... August.. I gonna *poke my hubby* let's change plans... move to August.. HOpefully he doesn't mind HOT weather.. ehhh ehhhe... btw let me know when it's confirmation the date of cedar point. Would be great to meet Ad'ers and to get know each togehter and have blast fun down the roller coaster.. :)
 
This summer I am moving back to Omaha (just for the summer). Once I get there I have to take a class for college and I have to volunteer (have to do it so I can get accepted to Med School). In other words...I will NOT be enjoying it at all. I seriously want September to be here already so I dont have to be in Omaha and I dont have to volunteer (rather do school and homework).
 
Not sure yet....

Will be travelling around England to see four of my friends and moving into my new flat!! First time!! I have a holiday with my family, and will have a couple of friends coming to stay in my house.

Will be going to Blackpool for a deaf meet and also its on the same time as my birthday!! I want to do some voluntary work during the summer as well.
 
Hmm... i ll be in seneca rocks in wv on memorial weekend. this august or sept i might fly to denver to meet my friends and we might go to moab in utah for a week rock climbing. one plm is my friend just got injuried last week in climbing and he has 3 tensions damaged on his fingers. . that might affect my trip. if no still good, then i might fly to SLC(salt lake city) to see my other friends and hopefully they ll take me to moab or rock areas around SLC for climbing. during summer i go to rock climbing areas in NC, TN, GA, and AL on every other weekend if my time or weather permits.

k75, u interested in climbing ? if i happen to be in your town, i can guide you and ur bf on easy climbing routes if you like ! :) it shud be fun.
 
This summer since I make sure I've planned.. *sigh* let me see...

June: Six Flags in St Louis... PrideFest in Town Grove... Few play softball league games.

July: *cross my finger* hope my work will let me off for July 4th! (not sure what the plan).... Omaha for MAADSoftball....MoAD Conference.

August: NOTHING *sob*
 
I'd love to play with Eternity.

But I have to educate thousands and thousands of hearies on new stuff they can use to make deafs more interfaceable to the hearing society. That will take place at a number of community festivals and the Orange County Fair.

There's the possibility of me selling my condo and buying a bigger house completely paid for using all the money from the condo sale.

There's also the possibility of me flying to Kuwait to visit the deaf school in which I equipped with visual alert notifications.

I'm not quite sure yet what we are doing this summer but all I know is I'll be working.... :squint:

Ofc we planning to move back to southeastern,ohio where i used to live at .. cause we got big problems up here , plus drs want me to be with my family and my many friends so that way i won't be depressing, stress , lonely again , u know gary works 2 jobs ... i know that you guys been busy busy not your guys fault.. i dont wanna to sittin my arse here, playin the games, computer!! i need to TALK all the time in person *face to face* which make me feel better.. and i need company in my home to keep me feel good and comfort!! so we will stayin at my parents' place for few weeks til we find a place to live or my parents will find a place to live so they will give my 3bedroom apt back then... by the way, i told brad/pam that i would coming up and visiting you guys whenever i have an appt for drs *cleveland clinic hospital* 3 to 6 times a year .. ofc i will let you guys know whenever i able to visiting you guys when i am in cleveland :) i am not leaving you guys as losin friendship.. you guys are great to me! :)

Hoo boy.

I know I'll be working as usual this summer, but am looking forward to a few vacation days off...

Memorial Day - no plans yet, but holiday a MUST!

July 4th, Monday - will be off, no plans yet.

July 8-11 - Omaha, NE - MAAD softball tournament

July 28-31 - working holiday for me - MoAD Conference, Jefferson City, MO - am conference chairperson *sob*

August - no plans yet...

Of course, it's still day to day due to several family situations going on at the same time...things and plans could change at the last minute.
