That is something that could happen,I hate to be going down the highway and someone would choke in the back seat,I would might not know since I can't hear that good.
 
Yeah, It's nothing new. My kids made a mess on my SUV and I had to vacuum every time. I didn't have problems with friend eating lunch in my SUV, They always respect me and whenever they dropped something, They'll clean it up or wipe it up quickly. Because I have big fancy SUV that make them feel small and trying to keep it perfect. :rofl:

Maybe you should invest fancy expensive cars or SUV to make your family member or friends feel really small and respectful. Normally, no one will ever make mess in expensive cars and SUV. They would be afraid to get sued for salt flakes on floor from eating salty french fries. Maybe that's why your family member didn't care cuz you're driving a cheap cars or SUV.

One of my friend have car full of trash. I called it a "Landfill car" I even offered him my 55 gallon trash can for him to clean up the car. He said no I don't want to cuz he have receipt, precious information mixed in the trash and doesn't know where it is. Oh Ok no problem man!. I took the trash can back in my garage. I kept bugging him to throw out that crap heap and get better one!! This is one dirtiest car I've ever seen. Pizza boxes, dried and moldy foods, spilled pops, sticky candies, oil, grimes, junked auto parts, Harley motorcycle parts, empty oil cans, tools and you-know-what filled his car. He made room for himself to sit in driver's seat and to drive but no room for all passenger seats. When his friend want to join with him in his car, He had to move trashes out of the way and placed plastic bag or clean boxes to cover the seat for them to sit. Anyone interested in joining his "landfill car". :rofl:

My car gets mess up but not that bad :shock: I use to know this guy he was a friend of my husband and his back seat would be filled with beer cans :roll:
 
What you do is you aim a gun at them and tell them, firmly, to "Cease and desist."

Oh, me too but not awful messy. I wouldn't let someone bring her/his food in my car except water bottle's OK for thirsty but not coffee or soda like big gulp cup cuz of easy spill. I know I have cup holder in my car but somewhat small cup holder for big gulp size, I'd rather not let someone have big gulp size like 7-eleven in my car.

I parked to the next car at walmart store and I saw that guy's nice car filled with like this pic

You shoulda pulled Walmart's empty trash container and park it in front of his car and leave a note, "clean up you car and here's the container for you to dump trash from your car".

I'm sorry about your family doesn't respect your wishes. Perhaps you could bring a very small trash bags with ya in your car, they can put their trash in there and take it home with them or you can ban anyone to eat or drink in your car, if they want to eat or drink tell them that they can wait until you drop them off at their home.

A similar incident happened at RIT once. There was a guy in the dorms who had his own single room. However, it was so messy that it started to smell. You could smell his room from down the hall... even with his door closed. The RA was never around to report to. So, some of the residents took a couple trash cans from the trash room and placed them in front of his door. They left a note with something like this...

"HERE ARE A COUPLE TRASH CANS. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR ROOM. ~ PEOPLE OF THIS FLOOR"

I thought about that (for note but not trash container :lol:) but I didn't want to do that because it's you know not nice, kinda mean. Anyway, that's a good one :)
