"OGO"? What the heck is this?

Yeah, I just saw it on TV news/commericals lately...
It looks good so far... I was hoping to hear
from a few more deafies who have the same thing

P.S. What do I like the MOST about this OGO ?
It's one of their features "Qwerty" FULL Keyboard
for much easier typing !!!!! That is one of
very important features.... I'd prefer to go to
ATT stores and try to find/touch/feel OGO there....
See example here:

i did borrowed ogo from my friend for while .. my friend used my sk so see how we like it or not.. i use this, this is okay.. i like sk n blackberry...

I have Ogo, it's so wonderful useful pager that I ever use. It have no annual contract and cheaper monthly bill. Only from 17.99 to 23.99, it depends how many email addresses do you want to have. :) It's really wonderful! Just almost same as AOL pager *which I miss it* but only added Yahoo and MSN if you want to. :) LOVE IT *SMACK!!!*

You guys are hilarious!! No way it's not 1,000 and it's not expensive to buy and the monthly is so cheaper than sidekick. It's only 129.99 for me to get ogo and monthly is only 17.99 but it depends from 17.99 to 23.99 because of email addresses. :)

yeah i just went to the store today and
finally touched OGO i was going to purchase it,
BUT then I found out that they require
my credit card for $17.99 monthly. I already
told them that I'd prefer to get billed monthly
and/or yearly using my personal check
rather than using my credit card. It looks
like that we cannot get this worked out
so I cancelled my plan to purchase it.

I believe that "Customers are always Right"
and every business should allow my preference
using my own personal checks rather than
my credit card. Or else, they lose their business
with me. Hope that perhaps OGO will change
their mind in the near future about this.

But, I think that Sidekick seem to have
better qualilty than OGO...

yea they are still alive, but ogo wont be made anymore ya know... anyway i am not sure if OGO has TDMA or GSM, cingular will charge 5 bucks to subscribers with older TDMA mobiles this coming sept. TDMA networks will be tossed out in 2008.

let me research...

yea it is GSM.. that is good news... :) my mistake... :)

copy/paste:

The Ogo is designed to work on the 850/1900MHz GSM/GPRS networks:

US (850 / 1900 MHz)
Canada (1900 MHz)
Europe/Asia Pacific (850/1900 MHz)
Multislot configuration

GPRS, class 10
