It won't happen, US citizens and legal immigrants do join gangs too so no difference.

yes it can happen. I do recognize Steinhauser's concern about hispanic gangs growing bigger and more bold in south-south-western area. There are 1%er hispanic biker gangs in those areas called Vagos and Mongols. The gangs in America need extra muscle - somebody unknown to American government so they bring in extra meat from abroad.... illegally.

So what can we do about it? remove the main driver of illegal immigration - employers and our War on Drugs

Really? You don't see any difference in safety if the number and strength of gangs is reduced by many thousands?

The US Department of Homeland Security announced the arrests of 1,785 gang members and associates, criminals and immigration violators, and the seizure of more than 100 firearms as part of a six-month intensive Immigration and Customs Enforcement-led law enforcement operation executed in 89 cities across the country. The operation was completed on September 30, 2009...

Of the 1,785 individuals arrested during the surge, 1,472 were gang members, associates or those otherwise criminally charged -- including almost 35 percent with violent criminal histories and 16 gang leaders. The remaining individuals were encountered and arrested for immigration violations during the enforcement action and have been placed into removal proceedings...

Since inception through Sept. 30, 2009, ICE agents working in conjunction with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies nationwide have arrested more than 14,800 street gang members and associates. Over a third of these apprehensions, or 5,829 of the arrested gang members or gang associates had a violent criminal history. Also, 180 of those arrested were gang leaders, and 2,572 were MS-13 gang members or associates.

Through this initiative, ICE has seized 806 firearms. To date, of those arrested, 6,030 have been charged criminally, and 8,852 have been charged with immigration violations and processed for removal.

Re; gangs...google hate groups. You'll find plenty of very disturbing gangs that do not have minorities or aliens as members. What exactly does everyone propose to do about these?

Yup, I know but I means some illegal immigrants are good and hardworking people.

For illegal immigrants whoever join gangs or commit crime other than enter America illegally, get fuck out of our country.

I'm sure they are good, hard-working people but if they are "good people"... then they should follow the law. Come to our country legally and we'll welcome you.

Yup but apply for green card isn't easier due quotas limit and have education is highly recommended, that what I found from my friend that he has cousin from Dominican Republic and he is waiting for 20 years; and still going on to get a green card. It was kinda frustration for immigrants who wait for many years to get a green card.

I believe that work visa require sponsor from company and if immigrants want work at farmland in USA so how does they know about name of farmland could sponsor the work visa. If it is reality companies then wouldn't be hard to get sponsor.
