He basically partied and took a vacation during his first 12 days and then he was nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize before he had a chance to do any talking. Or anything at all for that matter.
The talk occurred prior to his taking office. He outlined his proposal during his campaign. It is his proposals that have contributed to the changing nature of foreign relations. His election isn't an issue. He wasn't awarded the prize because he was elected. He was awarded the prize for inspiring a climate of change regarding foreign relations. You keep trying to tie this somehow to his election,and one has nothing to do with the other.
In fact, his policies are what made Obama's philosophy such a welcome change.
