Noah's Ark Discovered in Iran?

Not likely. Others have claimed to of found the ark before.

There story of Noah's Ark is told in not only all 3 major religions, but it is one of the many shared stories of the tribal Mediterranean religions.

*confused* Only I watched the history channel and said found noah's ark boat was stuck on the mountain nearby Russian border.. I cannot remmy which place extactly that where noah's ark..

That would be in far east Turkey near Russia border (actually not Russia but a country that used to be part of Russia/Soviet though)

Yes, I remember watch TLC channel TV talk about discover Noah's boat and they said location in mountain near Turkey.

Every boats made of woods. The piece of wood, they found and then claim that it's from Noah Ark. :ugh3:

If Noah's Ark is proved to be in Iran then that will give a perfect excuse for Bush & co. to nuke Iran to get the ark back for the christian right folks. :D
 
The most common belief about the whereabouts of Noah's Ark is on Mount Ararat in eastern Turkey (which also borders Iran and Iraq).

It is interesting that they now said it is in Iran. I haven't been able to pinpoint exactly where Mount Suleiman is in Iran to see if it is close to Mount Ararat. Not even with MapGoogle. :-/ Maybe this is a hoax?
 
It's a hoax at least as much as the claim that old pieces of wood are actually from Jesus's cross are.

Jesus Christ's boat has been found.

The Pool of Siloam has been found.

The Ark of the Convenant location has been found.

Noah's Ark has been found.

So many things have been found.

I am beginning to learn much more from the Israeli museum.

Yeah she won't and I sent you a pm boot camp went great until the heat wave came on too strong. Will go back to boot camp once the weather settles down and is much more cool to excersice outside in. :) :thumb:

Actually, Teresh is right.
But if you believe enough... it becomes the truth. And people have believed it for 2000 years!

But it's fantastic what a 3000 year old myth can accomplish!
