ME.....I wish, lol. Anyway, I have just broken through and something I wrote is going to be PUBLISHED in a BOOK!!!!!!!! I am SO psyched! This is my first real sale of something I wrote!
 
Uhhh…details? :ugh: Fiction? Nonfiction? What type of publication? How about a brief excerpt?

Whoops......sorry.......It's a nonfiction piece about what it was like to grow up hard of hearing, and it'll be published in an anthology of writings by hard of hearing people!
 
You should title it, "Hearing Aids and Handcuffs". :smash: Congrats!

when i see your book at bookstore, i wud go "that is my cyber friend that wrote that book !" :applause:

I bet the book will offer fascinating insights into these people's lives.

Would read the book if it comes my way.
 
i'll post details when i get them......This is like So beyond amazing.Just to think that a book with stuff that i wrote will be in the library of congress as well as other libraries.....WOW!!!!!!

It is coming out March 14 or 15th. The title of the book is On the Fence, the Hidden World of the Hard of Hearing.
It'll problay be available through Harris Communications, as the guy who is editing the book, also has some other books that are availble through Harris Communications. I am still VERY VERY excited!
 
That's awesome!! I will keep my eyes out for your book. I'd like to buy one. BTW, congratulations, deafdyke :applause:
