Mate, iPhone 5 is heaps better than iPhone 4. Just be happy to have a new iPhone 5, forget the iPhone 4. Let's move on, shall we all?

She got iPhone 5 already but, she want her iPhone 4 back? maybe, she is embarrassed if she left nude picture herself in her iPhone 4 while kid snooping it. hehe.. if she never set up passcode? ha

maybe nothing like this has ever happened to her and shes in shock about it ... it messes with a persons head when they feel violated ... I may not agree with what she wants to have done but I can understand why she feels that way ...

I don't nude my pictures but I had personal pictures of me and my boyfriend they now GONE! Period

And I did setup my passcode on my iPhone 5 and my iPad both yes I'm learn my lesson

Good, learn lesson can be a good thing. Next time be careful and of course back up your files from smartphone. I do that from time to time, even Android can back up on MAC. My wife's phone is cheap ass one, can't back up.

BUT, it won't hurt if you can access to your wireless provider webpage, they MIGHT have the backup copy on your account. So check out see if the photos is there.
