I think this is some sort of sick dog humor. Whenever I go out to mow, a little while after I start the mower, my dog takes a dump in my path. It's not like the mower just started and scared him, or he just came outside with me. He waits ,checks which way I'm going, and gets about 20 feet in front of me.

If he could, I know he would go out in the evenings leaving flaming bags of pooh on people's doorsteps.

My dog is totally house trained, until she isn't. She waits until I leave the room, takes a dump, then looks at me with dog eyes as if to say "who did that?"

Was the lawn mower turbocharged? WOnder what kind of mower it was? Maybe dog is trying to tell you that you need a new mower.

Yes, I do need a new mower! Neighbor feels bad for selling me a lemon, so lets me borrow his. Otherwise I'm stuck with the push mower, and sadly, I'm not turbo charged.

Mower is really fixed. I think my dog has been wandering over and running around the neighbors farm while I'm at work. The batteries in his electric fence collar died. He's been home when I get here, but today I came back early and saw him running around the field. He came back a little later like nothing happened. Usually I let the battery go a while because he is so used to staying at the house. At least while he was out, he wasn't able to poop in front of the mower!
