~ Kitchen Decorate~

Mine is simple country/nautical style.
 
Mine is all light blue with black cabinet door with full of country teddy bear collection.
 
Very basic... nothing fancy here
until I might move to another home
 
Plain ugly color.. becz isn't my home due it's RENT..

Just put decortates nice animals (pigs, Rooster, cows and chicken) suitable fits.. Pigs: bacon/pork/ribs, Rooster is responbile guarding for chickens and *roawwaking yelling in the every morning* , Cows: Beef and Chicken: eggs and chicken meat.. Sound right fit in my kitchen style decortes..
Oh well... Just O'ln plain ugly simple color is.. ugly yellow and white looks so 1970's type of color. *who cares* Just temp living here..
Cannot wait settle new house (still ongoing hunting a house)

*former apples collection* still here w/me.. in the boxes at storage attic..
My hubby encourged me SELL SELL SELL.. *ahem* (shrugs)

Mine is red wall with bunch of apples collection :D I love apples things for the kitchen or dinning room!
 
I'll like to paint the kitchen but what color??? :dunno: On wall not cabinets! ha! I wanted warm Yellow but my boyfriend's mom warned me not to because it'll depress me. Red will make you angry, and other I can't remember. So I'll need to find soothing and calm colors and decorate my kitchen. It is plain boring right now ha! I am not worry though :) One at a time. :D

I don't think so.. I love yellow bright country warm color.. It's look good bright and cozy.

I think your mom is wrong.. or am I :dunno:

Red.. *ugh* in kitchen. hell no way.. Looks perfect "HELL KITCHEN" Have you seen this t.v. show under "food" categary channel.
 
i bought this house, it came with yellow color on walls in kitchen,,, it is depressing and you can see why my hubby left me. I may paint light mocha color. hmm no idea.
 
I know...I talked to a good friend of mine and told her about that. She said yellow is very cheerful color and like you said cozy. I do agreed and I don't know why my bf's mom said that. Ummmm I am not going with her decsions lol! I am! I got the paint color samples and bought them home. So I will choose one color out of how many God who know! LOL!

I thought of paint one wall of red but nah! It'll be way too much. Yes I agreed with you about Hell Kitchen lol!

Maybe I end up in warm green or yellow or blue I don't know hahahaha!

*high five* BabyAngel, I love apples too but my wall is painted hunter green, It's beautiful more like country style. ;)
 
Red stimulates appetite. That is why it is used often in restaurants.

Red lobster? ugh.. i think not! lol.. that made me sick! i dont like seafood... lol..

made sense to me that red is painted in most of places.. interesting.. i never thought of that till this is mentioned in this thread..

some place i have seen are blue, brown, yellow, white.. im trying to think where is a restaurant that have painted wall red? hmm.. i think none here ??? i will have to look again.. LOL.. ah who cares.. ha..
