Oh dear, I'm very sorry to hear about this. I can image how you feel after lose your baby since you saw baby's heart. It's very sad.

That's fucking stupid I ever seen in my life. I was mad when I read Reba's thread over judge abortions etc for a first time this morning. Oh shit, I said to myself because I was not on the online last night due Tupperware party because but Reba's thread was locked. :mad:

Now here over that stupid penalty! It got me real mad!!! Oh dear, I feel for that woman who suffer miscarriage then plus arrest her and fine penalty. I cannnntttttt beleive it.

No, Sweetie, She only had one miscarriage, has 3 boys now, was pregnant 4 times, so do the math sweetie 4 pregnancies all together minus one equal 3 right? So that means 3 Children alive. :nana:

What if woman have no control to save baby and just lost it? There are many reasons with baby such as died, deformed, or other. So legislative want women to tell within 12 hours and do they have to know her private life? I think it is not legislative s business and should stay out of their lives. It is not like women have 1 miscarriage and can't have another baby in one day. it is not make sense at all. I lost one miscarriage and 1 infant death but I have 2 children, and 1 on the way. I don't think that I should report to Legislative but only Doctor as OB/GYN. That s it as period.

I am wondering about women who doesn't know that they are pregnant, and have a miscarriage and doesn't know the warning signs of a miscarriage? Does that mean that those women would go to jail if they didn't even knew they are pregnant the first place? You see what I am saying here It is not possible to report a miscarriage in 12 hours.
 
I understand what Angel going thru cuz I went thru 3 miscarriages and finally a son came along. It took me 7 yrs to have my special boy in my life.

I was so grieving for the loss of my babies. At first I cried alot then my 2nd one was anger then the 3rd one was confused (Why me??).

Those feeling will never be forgotten and it still hurt. But knowing that I will see them one day. I love them all.

So the law wants us to report withing 12 hrs oh come on. That is full of Craps!!!!!!!!!!!! Give the woman a break will ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have children as I have never been pregnant and is still unable to get pregnant even now. Nevertheless, I'm sorry to hear about some of you ladies who went through horrible time when you had miscarriage. You all have my sympathy. :(
 
Dang..that's one stupid bill -- sure hope it doesn't get passed at all. It's totally inhumane!

now i get it.. there was a misunderstanding.. :confused: i think angel misunderstood me.. i asked her when was this? i meant when did it happen? (she did she have the MISCARRIAGE?) so she ended up by saying she was pregnant 4 times before having her 3rd child.. so i got the impression she had more miscarriages.. and teased her about having 7 boys, etc.. i got confused after she said it.. :giggle: then i reread it again.. and realized we both got confused in between.. sorry about that angiepoo... now it is clear that she only had 1 miscarriage.. so obviously she had the miscarriage before her 3rd child.. right??

No, I never had an abortion, just a miscarriage...( the baby died at the time I was 3 months pregnant, there was problems with the baby and the baby's hearbeat just stopped beating...) :(
