Jackson Trial Delayed Until 2005




The sexual molestation case against Michael Jackson is proving so complicated that Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville yesterday (July 27) agreed to a defense request to delay the start of his trial for more than four months, to Jan. 31, 2005.

Jackson, who did not attend the hearing, is charged with committing a lewd act upon a child, administering an intoxicating agent and conspiring to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion. He is free on $3 million bail.
 
geez.. i wonder if he ever went to jail.. and his wife is having quadralpts comming soon :shock:

It's not confirmed yet, and it has been denied too. There are no reasons why to believe everything you hear and read.
 
It's about time they delayed it. I was tired of hearing all of these media bullshit crap.
 
I'm soooooooooooooo bloody sick of hearing about Jackson and the accusations he's being charged with.:sure:
After all the STRANGE changes he's undergo in the last 15-20 years - and his queer amount of attention and affection he harboured for children, mainly boys...:ugh: That obviously shows that he's a pervert and I suspect he DID commit lewd and laviscious acts upon boys under the age of 12.

It is very difficult for everyone to ignore crap the media everyday ! Would we believe it or not to read all the cramp stuffs newspaper, magazine, news TV, etc...

When you become famous, they would love to give you a spotlight. We want to know what you do with your life, romantic, education, etc... :|

Glad, we are imfamous people. ;) Stay away from the spotlight.
 
I honestly don't know what to believe, since I do know that media always twisted words around and make you look more quilty...

Also, Micheal Jackson is one pretty rich dude, I'm sure some of them want his $$ so they run up and say ' He raped my son '... :crazy:

I will only believe if there was any proof he really did those things to those young boys....

Don't believe everything you hear from the media!
