So I gather that you Mister Potts are the one that PFH is talking about then. I am not an expert and there are details that should be considered before going on any diet / exercise regiment. Your age, height, weight, overall health, etc are some of what should be considered. From my understanding under proper conditions, 1 to 2 lbs loss a week is healthy. 15 lbs in a few days is probably not.
