The bible doesn't teach seperation of Chuch and State. The OT clearly states that Theocracy was God's intention, Saul was chosen cause the people had turned from God's way. The bible also states that all authority is given by God, even Pharaoh's.
I won't deny that politics are twisted, allways trying to win a vote, bending to which way the wind blows. That isn't always in religious favour.
Point is, a phrase is just a phrase. I'm a little confused on how you would loose freedom. Life has boundries that are imposed on us. Usually in our benefit (or that's how it is supposed to be.) If they wish to remove a phrase from a coin (or bill) then I will submit to the governments authority, like the Bible teaches, until they directly contradicts what the Bible teaches, at which point, I will stand for what God says.

reduce the freedom? i highly doubt it. Govt system comes from anicent greek times, which it aint change it and still runnin thur euro and america...
