hi, i grew up being the only one in my family who could communicate with my deaf nana because i knew a little bit of ASL. i would like to make some friends in the deaf community even though i am hearing. i hate that many people see those who cannot hear or are hard of hearing as not real people at all. in fact, many are just as unique and beautiful or even more so regardless if they are deaf.
