I am on ebay online and just won bed for guests at bid http://www.vmr10.de/Luftbetten/208x163x50/Luftbett 2.wmv today - (we had been tried at my Dad´s and find it real super, that´s why we want to have it for our guests this summer). Anyway, the ebay seller who own the shop suggest me via email to buy anything in his shop then I will get 2 things in one package price. I thought his offer is good so I visited his shop until I found by coincidence what we really want for YEARS is swimming pool... My boys saw it and beg me to bid it. It´s still 17 hours go... I´m doubt either swimming pool is good or not... That´s why I create a thread here to ask you all if you have any experience like this...? If yes, is it good? Have you any pro and cons on this?

I would be appreicate for your feedback on this.

If you have a good size in the back yard..I would say go for it. My date's brother had it i think would be a second year this year and dont seem to have a problem with it.

When the cold wather (winter) comes, u can always let the water out and fold it up and put it away without worry about the old water sitting in there thru the season.

One thing for sure...NO SHARP OBJECTS around the pool. Personally..I'd buy it. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Any time a e-bay seller offers me a deal like that. I always take it. It does not hurt to have a nice swimming pool for your boys. I recongized the name of the pool is exactly the same as what my brother has for his kids, my nephews and nieces. It stands at 4 feet so you would have to sit in the water in order to stay cool but the kids will be able to walk around and swim. Just keep those toenails on your little ones clipped as well as your toenails too. I would get that one. It is a good deal and if I were you, I'd do anything to keep my boys cool in the summertime as well as sit in the water with something to drink like my brother and I do when we watch the kids and he is with his wife in the pool watching the kids play and splash the water. We talk about everything while the kids play. There is no diving allowed at all because it is a 4 feet pool. Have fun and stay cool in the summertime. God Bless !!!!! :) :thumb:

I never seen something like that before, I think that's a cool pool, Go get it! ;)

I think its popular here...I seen one just a few block from where i live. no digging a big hole that is most def a good thing.

We have a large air mattress that is the same height as our regular bed, and we use it for guests or for camping. The firmness is adjustable, and the bed is very comfortable. We can inflate it with electric outlets in the house, or with the car outlet.

We have an inflatable pool, not as big as the one in your video. We inflate it with an air compressor. We like it.

If you get the pool, remember that you need to put the tarp down first, and set it up on level ground. Very important.

Our pool is smaller, so we put the tarp on the deck, and the pool on the tarp.

Check with your community's rules about pools. Some have safety regulations that require fences and other equipment for pools over a certain size.

I have one of these easy set swimming pool but a bit smaller than the one in the link. We enjoy it a lot whenever we go into the pool. You need to buy some chemicals to put into the water to prevent it from getting algae and dirty. I don't know how much these chemicals cost in Germany but you could check on them. Be careful not to let anything that could puncture a hole in the pool or you will have to patch it up.

I had to take the pool down before we moved out of our house and I have it stored in my storage until we find another house to move in. (Right now we are living in an apartment)

And by the way, if you get the pool you may want to pump it up with an air compressor because using a hand pump can tire you out ;)

Oh yes, we have plenty in our back yard.

We have small paddle pool at back yard like this.
http://www.alldeaf.com/showpost.php?p=352428&postcount=34 My boys feel they are too big for "tiny pool"... :giggle: That's why we need big one...

Oh yes, we took water away from children pool to water flowers, fruit trees, etc at my garden with basket, which it's good. I do that often. It would be waste of money if you throw water away without water your garden/plants.

Sure, I will let you all know what it's good or not... *Cross your finger for me this evening...* I will check how much they bidded to. I know it's worth EUR 300.00 ($377) in any stores. My price limit could be up to EUR 150. There're plenty of inflatable pools in ebay, I can catch...

Yeah, that's what I thought so. We need to cool ourselves instead of use "children pool" (see my link, I provide at Bowak's post).

Yeah, we have Garden table & Chairs Set at our garden and love to watch our children play in paddle pool... I fixed meal times at garden real a lot. We love to stay at garden and watch...

Yes, very comfortable. We tried for a first time at my Dad's... It's really super! I won at bid for only EUR 17.95 ($22.53) which it's worth EUR 49.95 ($62.68) in any stores.

How many size of pool, you have? I notice different pool sizes at ebay... My hubby rather to have small pool, it could be 352 x 91 instead of 452 x 122... I will check again when I'm home from work... I can't check ebay at work because it is being block.

We don't have rules for inflatable pools BUT if you want to build large swimming pool then have to check with city before you began to build pool. My neighbor built swimming pool last year. They check with community about this but community always said yes, yes, yes... but make sure about safety... that's all.

Yes, we have chemicals to keep water clean in any stores but I don't know how much it cost. I began to learn how to take care of water with chemicals... All what I want is my boys are happy...

:D Of course I would rather to pump with air compressor to use hand pump.... It would hurt my hands ... Occchhh.... :D

No, I rather to bid anything from the shop owners, not private. The large air mattress is a new, I bidded yesterday from that shop owner. The same owner who sell many air mattresses, pools, etc. I had a bad experience with private seller at only twice. I bought few from private and most from shop owners. I'm very careful with private seller before buy something from them but with shop owners is different because of guarantee, etc...

Of course I alway compare the prices between stores and ebay and then know the price limit including package cost. The pool in any stores cost worth EUR 300 ($377) but at ebay, I want to limit up to EUR 150. Air mattress worth EUR 49.95 ($62.68) in any stores but I won for EUR 17.95 ($22.53).

Wow the pool looks almost like mine since you said you made a bid and won it, be sure you read the shipping and handle charge, cause when I brought a feather lights from eBay, I didn't know it was from United Kingdom, and I paid soo much on the shipping and handle charge, it almost cost me 200 bucks and the feather lights was only 6 bucks, it seems I paid alot more on these lights but somehow the seller decide to give back my refund :dunno:
