I Am Finally Finished With High School!

When the last period began, I went around the building to say good bye to teachers and I came back to the resource room. then the school computer technician came to me and congratulated me that I am finally finished with high school. She then said good luck and took away the school laptop and communication device :( since I was exiting from special education services. I was on my way to the exit door to the bus. I looked away at high school as the bus driver began to drive me home. I gave her flowers because she did very good with my transportation and understood my significant disabilities very well. she began to cry when I left the bus for the last time.

Now, I am finished with all of examinations and I was excused from mathematics examination because I had As in math.

I am sad because I do not have communication device anymore and I am starting new life tomorrow and work together with vocational rehabilitatiion to get whatever I need in the order to function prroperly just like everyone else.

NO MORE HIGH SCHOOL :)

I am now moving up from high school :scatter: to college :cheers:

Sucks that you can't keep your communication device.

I dunno, but maybe your VR can help you in getting your own communication device to keep? Just an idea. :)

Any particular college in mind that you want to attend? Just curious!
 
I don't finish the graduation in school field until this Friday.

well, to be candid, VR is very complex and I might have to get different device because of new technology and I will be going to Northwestern CT Community College this fall for math and English then transfer to NTID/RIT in 2007.

That is understandable to say good bye to high school especially a safe place to learn and enjoy, have fun now the next step is a big one, going to college. I am sure you will have fun chatting with girls , Please do try to keep your mind on college because now college is the stepping stone to a real world job and you want to do very good in college. Enjoy the best of what college and being an adult has to offer and as always stay safe, and stay away from troublemakers. Enjoy being in college because college is supposed to be a very good time in your life .... Meeting all those women, working hard and getting a man's job in the real world then eventually settle down with a good woman who will be your wife and start a family with a good paying job. CONGRADULATIONS!

I remember the feeling about saying goodbye to high school many years ago...It was like yayaya but also had mixed feelings because my family and I moved to Illinois 3 days after our graduations night!
