Hero bus driver stop rescue woman from bridge and nearby jump

Wow, it made me cry! If he didn't stop, she might be gone tragically.

it was fantastic see man do this,i saw it on news this morning,he such humble man

Heartwarming. :)

Truly a gentle giant of a man.

one guy and a cyclist ignored her and went past her... how terrible

Well, remember one little kid run over by a truck in China, people over there are worse. If it happens like that in America, we definitely help.

No that is not true , there has been a case where people did nothing to help when a woman was getting beaten and raped right on the sidewalk . The woman was killed . I was once almost jobbed by two men around 5:00 PM and I was yelling right near houses and not one person came to help .

They might help by calling 911. Most of the times people are afraid to intervene (because they don't want to get killed) so they call 911 instead just like the school bus driver did.

I was talking about a little kid in China, many passerbys/bystanders ignored her and didn't call for an ambulance. No way it would happen here like that. No way!

No one called for the woman getting beaten to death ,people just watched it happen and no one called 911 for me.

I'm kind of with Wendy O. Williams on the issue of suicide..

"The act of taking my own life is not something I am doing without a lot of thought. I don't believe that people should take their own lives without deep and thoughtful reflection over a considerable period of time. I do believe strongly, however, that the right to do so is one of the most fundamental rights that anyone in a free society should have. For me much of the world makes no sense, but my feelings about what I am doing ring loud and clear to an inner ear and a place where there is no self, only calm. Love always, Wendy"

I am glad that driver actually gave a crap about another human being to stop and I have no idea how long that woman gave serious thought to the act of taking her own life, but if she had really thought it out and that is what she truly wanted, then I don't think she should have been stopped.
