Banjo, thanks for updating as always. I cannot wait to watch this new movie. It probably will be my 'first' time to watch the movie at theater for a while.
 
Just came home from the midnight showing...

BEST. HARRY. POTTER. MOVIE. EVER.

How the heck are they going to top this one with the fifth? I'll be quite amazed if they do! This movie was just so amazing and terrific!

I definitely have to see it again!

Ralph Fiennes was terrific as Lord Voldemort, and Mad-Eye Moody stole every single scene he was in.

I would strongly advise that you not to bring young children to this movie. This is not the "kiddish" Harry Potter that you remember from the first three movies. This has a very strong mature theme to it, believe it or not.

PG-13 rating is definitely justified, no doubt.

It was so surreal to realize that these actors has matured over the years and keep getting darker. It's simply great to see these people grow in these movies.
 
EHHHHHHHHH two of my friends kids will be seeing this ....... eh i ll have to warn her abt the rating..... thanks :)
 
I was watching this last night "The Making of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". It was interesting to see how the main characters like Harry Potter, Hermoine, Mad Eye Moody and so on explained how they enjoyed their roles. It even went into great details as explaining why the producers decided to add a role for Harry Potter to compete against, "a golden boy student". More competition between three groups and the rivalry they had. Skills they used in wizardry and so on. I'm looking forward to watching this movie with my niece and nephews.

I am so looking forward to seeing the open-captioned verison of HP movie with my husband next week! :D

My only nitpick is that Mad Eye Moody look a bit too chubby.... :P (But that's just me, lol ;) )
 
I saw the movie and really enjoyed it. I'm a big Harry Potter fan. Just disappointed they left out a lot of stuff from the books, but it's still a great movie.
 
We saw Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire today (Open-captioned, yay!) and it was very good. :) Yes, it indeed leaves out a lot of details from the book and the movie feels a bit rushed, but it is still good. We enjoyed it very much! :thumb:


P.S. We knew it is two and a half hour long, but to us it went so fast it doesn't feel very long! (I wish the movie was longer, lol.)

i heard hermonie and ron hook up in the 5th book so maybe it will be rater R for sexuality hahaha

No, they don't. But there are strong hints that they may have feelings for each other and even stronger in the 6th.

But no, they haven't hooked up yet. They probably will in the 7th.
 
I was hoping that Harry Potter and Hermione would hook up, :( But in the movie you could easy sense something between Ron and Hermione, The signs are there. I don't want Luna hooking up with Harry, I always wanted Hermione and Harry together, Can I dream? :giggle:

You are not the only one who would like to see Harry and Hermione to hook up. I also have always hoped that they would become sweethearts :fingersx:
