Me is hoping feverishly that Kerry does win this one!!! So far, it's 249 to 221 (Bush leading so far) but am hoping that Kerry picks up a few more states and surpasses Bush)

We want Bush OUT of the office!
 
:jaw: I alway thought it's chance for Kerry to win since Bush doesn't care about his people (example about soliders and their families)...

I must say that my son is right. My son told me yesterday what the reporters and people on the TV said: Most is for Bush than Kerry. I told him that I don't think so since I saw many members of different forums are for Kerry.

I hope Kerry win... I'm doing for soliders and their families since I work for US Army caserne and saw too much how suffer they had through.
 
CNN says Ohio is too close to call so won't call ohio till whenever... so I would ignore other network that called Ohio for bush.

CNN says Bush has invited camera and photographer up to 2nd floor in White House for phot ops.. bad idea to do that cuz Kerry is not going to concede at all!

OK just now Edwards just told the crowd outside at copely square that Democrats will not concede tonight and that will fight on!!

Strange...C-Span still hasn't announced those states to Kerry yet...it's still at 249 to 225.
 
strange one channel shows that bush have 269 pts.. and i looked at every other channels.. all channels have different points for both bush and kerry

It's 269 actually, Bush is leading in Ohio by 140,000 votes with 98% now so it's offical that Bush is going to be president again but unfortanely, stupid Kerry is not giving up and is demanding a fucking recount.
 
CNN hasn't called Iowa and Ohio yet... other network went ahead but no networks has called winner yet...

One thing to pay attention to is how the networks are presenting it. One network had bush with a decent lead....The anchor mentioned 'projected' electoral votes. Some of these aren't official yet and thats why I think there is such a discrepency in the numbers.

I'm wondering if in the event that Kerry wins this by a slim margin, will all of those that said Bush stole the last election stand up and demand a recount for it to be 'fair' this time around. If Kerry wins by a slim margin, could we then say he stole this election too ;)
 
Have to remember that election is not over till Dec 13 because when you vote, you are voting for a elector who will make a vote for either president.. once on Dec 13th all elector votes are counted then will go to Congress for final count then announce who is president... see this url to read how Electoral College work:

So That's why Kerry won't concede till all of Kerry votes are counted to every last one.
