I think rappers hook the gold MBA on a heavy gold chain and wear it around their necks. ;)

Interesting Mac Book Air, but too much gold. I wouldn't buy a Gold Mac Book Air as it would be way too expensive.

Maybe it will be heavy to carry this MBA. :dunno:
 
Macbook Air..... Look cool but foolish to spend lot money. No way to replace battery.

I own the MBA and I can replace the battery or hard drive/SSD(future) when it need.

Only fool who don't know how to replace anything.

Oh, Can you replace parts by yourself if upgrade necessary? or You have to send it to tech apple who will do it to replace parts by themselves for you?
 
Gold isn't my taste but silver or chorme is my better choice. Gold is just a thing of the past.

I found it but still Pain In The A** to replace battery or anything.

Myself. There is only 10 screws at bottom of MBA and take under 10 min. It's easy replace like the spark plug for car, truck, and tractor.
 
What I tried to say.... If, I ride in the airplane from NYC to Hawaii. They do not have any power outlet. No way to swap battery.

If, bad battery. I would not say "Pain In The A**" to replace. I can do it at home.

I'm pretty sure I read that the battery is non-user replaceable. If so, then it's likely you would void the warranty if you replace the battery yourself.

It's not really about what you can do. It's about the warranty that matters.

What about power inverter?? like 12vdc/120vac 100 watt or 300 watt inverter w/ 12vdc cig lighter. Just simply plug in socket to inverter. I have no idea if Airline have those cig lighter ready.
