Due to the severe weather having caused damages and fatalities, especially in the area in which FC lives, please both of you check in to let us know you are OK.

Im OK here despite it passing very closely, no damages to speak of locally but will know more by tomorrow.
 
glad to hear it Dixie! Hope the others are alright as well. It is flooding out here in my area due to the rains we have been getting.

We had a tornado form about 5 miles from here and made its first reported touchdown about 10 miles from here, it was moving away and it has left a path of damage all the way from Ola up through Mountain View and beyond - this spans about 7 counties.

There are 4 fatalities in Atkins, and vehicles overturned on I-40. Our local EMS has been called in to assist with Atkins and Conway County.

Clinton, AR took a direct hit from this storm and there is numerous reports of damage including the collapse of a boat factory.

This is serious stuff and Im worried for Ginger.

Oh boy Dixie, I only meant that I was glad to hear that you came through ok and I do hope the others are alright as I posted above. My prayers are with everyone affected by these storms. Sorry for the confusion, I am posting while tired.
 
Wow, that's wild weather! I hope they're all right and all those people in Arkansas. We had a thundershower today with lot of wind and cold, brrrr!
 
Oh, shit! that's not good. I hope they post a comment here and let us know that they are alright. :(
 
let you know that we all are ok.... whew... there were tornado warnings here in Conway County TWICE this afternoon.. I freaked out and had to texted michelle and let her know as she was suppose to pick kids up and didnt want them to be out in the storm. (TJ cried wanting his momma... poor kid)

she said they are already home. I got relieved then second report said tornado warning so i had to text michelle and let her to get all kids and take cover! i had to take cover as well.

I didnt see the first tornado but i saw the DARK clouds... but second one i saw the funnel cloud and the sky was GREEN. WOW!!! it was uneblievable!!!!

i wish i took the pics but no camera! but got a pic from friend in Cleveland where damages are reported there and alot of injuries as well.

The tornado went thru perry, yell, pope, conway, van buren then to next county then next even Baxter county (mountain home) where I used to live- all the way out of Ark into Missouri. It was on the ground over 3 1/2 hours. friend of ours live in Cleveland. her house is wiped out... :(

many reports of people hurt. 7 people are confirmed dead. they are still searching.. so maybe more? i hope not.... but i will update you on this tragedy, ok. sigh...

anyway the tornado look like f-4 to me or maybe even f-5 ? i dont know... but dang... lot of damages from what i have seen on tv.... :(

Lets pray for those who lost their homes and loved ones.. I hope God will watch over them and help those who are in need of helps etc. :pray:
 
Why don't you send them an email... you'll get a faster response that way. :)
 
haha vampy... i couldnt get online till after 9 pm so what good will the email do if not hear from me due to electricity being out for part of time? :)

I didnt think to give dixie my cell phone nbr. I will have to give her mine so next time if something happened. I can text her to let her know I am ok! :)

I am praying for everyone that was affected by these storms and praying for everyone that is still being affected.

Here we are getting the flooding from the storms.
 
Sara live in North LR and i havent heard of any damages in NLR but only wind damages as the reports were up to 65 mph so who knows.. Electricity being out over thousands due to high winds all over the state.

Thank you for your concern. I am glad that all of us are ok too but felt bad for those who are hurt or dead or missing. Im praying for them... :(

You all in that area are in my thoughts...

Maybe we will hear from Sara once power is restored...
 
Praying for Jolie77 and Casperman and others that are now under Tornado warning.

Hope EVERYONE pulls through without a scratch.
