It is upsetting, but it also is a fact of life, unfortunately. Just like in any disaster where there's looting. It happens. People are always going to find ways to get something for nothing.

It's disappointing.
 
If you think that's bad, the American Red Cross charged our boys in the military during WWII for a cup of coffee while they were assisting them overseas and elsewhere. Clothing and blankets were supposed to have been given away and even those got charged, so no one got anything for free from the ARC. Regarding the Katrina "efforts," I never did give money, never will.

As Paul Harvey would say, "Now we know the rest of the story."
