Pursuit - Shooting first clip

This looks like an unarmed man being murdered by the police... but, be sure to watch "Pursuit - Shooting second clip" before you jump to any conclusions...

Pursuit - Shooting second clip

This is the same pursuit and shooting as seen in " Pursuit - Shooting first clip", but from a different patrol car and angle... not only did he have a gun in his hand, he took a shot at an officer before they opened fire on him! The moral is, don't jump to conclusions about what you think you see on the news! ...

You think black guy's gun look a real or fake?.

You obivously did not read what it said. The black guy opened fire on the police officers also you can see that on the video clip too and they had no choice but to shoot that criminal, No questions asked.

The police officers have every right to come home to their families and these sick evil animals should have not broken the law in the first place then all of this never would have happened in the first place.

Heath..you are wrong...I did read and look at video. You need take look more closer. I see guy point at cop but never trigged gun give cop had to shot him finish off.

So far I notice you post anywhere topic that you has poor judgment before make comments.

Also I notice you add up sentence that not from cops comments. (dont take lie yourself).

Wow, other racist thread. :ugh:

How sneaky the NAACP and black people can be? What about how sneaky the police can be? Even if, and this is a big if, the guy took a shot at the cops, they are only supposed to shoot to bring him down. They shot the poor gut at least six times. There were 3 officers and one skinny little black guy. Give me a break!

It really doesn't matter, the police have to make a judgment call in a split second to protect themselves from eminent danger. They don't have time to determine whether the gun is real or not. The time taken to do so could mean the difference between life or death for them. If the guy doesn't want to be shot, then he shouldn't pose a risk to the officers. It is truly sad that we take the welfare of a criminal more seriously than the welfare of the men and women who have vowed to protect us from those criminals.

I am not being racist here. Look at what the LiveLeak website said in its own words.

In LiveLeak's own words.

I also am not going to apologize for having a law abiding, law and order mindset because it is the right thing to do and to have that strong mindset. I will respect and support the police at all times.

If you don't want to get shot by the police, simply drop your gun.

Obviously, this man refused to drop his gun... so I guess he deserved it.

Until we are in these police officer's shoes, we have no idea how we would respond if we were in the same position. I know if I were in fear for my life, I might empty my gun on the bastard too. Self-preservation is a key factor here.

think twice before you make comment here. cop shot him and fall to the ground while guy 's face on the ground and you will continue fired till ammo ran out at him?.

Heath.. remember why you got banned from here before.. I reviewed both films and I am sorry but I dont' see a gun. What I see is what looks more like a cell phone that the guy was trying to call someone. His hands were reaching out so the cop behind him would not take his phone away. If it were a gun then why didn't the cop in the first video that had him by the back of the shirt knock his arms down or take him to the ground? Also it says the guy took a shot at the cops.. No he didn't.. look closely, he is putting his hand out because he is being maced. What would prove or disprove that would be audio. It's suspicious to me that there is no audio with these videos.. That would confirm gunshots fired and when they were fired. I know how you think Heath.. gulity until proven innocent especially if you aren't white... RIGHT. You automatically side with the cops no matter what and all criminals have no rights and just because they are alleged criminals they have earned the right to a beating, being shot at and even killed. That is a mockery of the American justice system. You disgust me. I will also warn you to stop with your comments or I wil do what I can to have you banned for good. GOT IT!!

I see him walking away from the cops, no fired was shot from him, but shots were fired at him, the cops were so close to him, why didn't they just jump on him. But, shot him so many times? That's so messed up if you ask me.

Rockdrummer, I am certainly not prejudiced. I have a bi-racial daughter, and I would certainly never expect her to be in a position where the police would have to question her motives. What I find to be a mockery of the American justic system is that we cater to the criminals, rather than support their victims and the authorities who protect us from those criminals.

Heath.. remember why you got banned from here before.. It's because of your racist hatred comments as the one above that I bolded!

I agreed, Once again he's still at it. It's sad. :(

While I do not know all the facts, I stand by my previous statement, as I am inclined to believe in the police who are there to protect us.

Even if it was a cell phone, the man would have been better off not resisting and giving the police cause to question his intentions. He would have still be entitled to his one phone call upon booking.

I don't agree that we cater to criminals. We cater to innocent until proven guilty. That is how the system works
