So you're just speculating about something that might happen. It also may NOT happen.it does not have to be something too direct like that. it can be insidious and over time, it creates uncomfortable work atmosphere that will be enough to drive them out. they quit instead of getting fired. this is a old common tactic used by company to avoid paying for unemployment benefits.
