Email/IM/Web System Upgrade Scheduled!

I was wondering if you had the same message like t-mobile from below??

I want to know as curious what t-mobile will be update

1. Email
2. IM
3. Web System

I am sure that sidekick will have new screen feature.. I hope email have more opition like block email on lists. Hope aim has invisible feature and away messages better. expect that web able acess on java script!! cross my fingers!!

In a continuous effort to improve your service, T-Mobile will be
performing a scheduled system upgrade. Sidekick email, instant
messaging, and Web service will be temporarily unavailable from 11:00 PM
(PST) on Saturday, January 29th to approximately 5:00 AM (PST) on
January 30th.

Here are the details on your service availability during this time:

Services available:
* make and receive phone calls
* send and receive text messages
* use any of your downloaded applications

Services unavailable:
* send/receive email**
* browse the Web
* send/receive instant messages
* sign in to the Desktop Interface
* download new items from the

** Email you create and "send" during this time will be saved in your
Sent folder and delivered once services are restored. Also, any email
messages sent to you during this time will not be lost but will be
delivered to your device once the system upgrade is complete.

We ask you to please excuse us for any inconvenience this upgrade may
cause you from 11:00 PM (PST) on Saturday, January 29th to approximately
5:00 AM (PST) on January 30th.

No mention of this on T-Mobile's or Danger's site. We'll just have to wait and see.
 
I got that message a few minutes ago on my Sidekick II. I guess we'll have to wait and see. ;)
 
I got that message too. I hope it have more freatures... I hope it also improve the reception that I get on my SK2. I won't worry because I'll be partying and then sleep on sat anyways, so I guess I will miss the whole thing and I don't have to worry.
 
So, what's the results? I got that email as well -- but since the upgrade, suddenly, I'm having trouble with AIM. :mad: Keeps on getting disconnected and saying that I was logging in/out too many times in a short period, etc.
Anyone else experiencing this glitch since the upgrade?

Yup I am experiencing the same thing. Delays in sending/receiving emails and refusal to let me get on AIM or Internet or Yahoo :(

yea im having the same trouble :( im hoping its resolved soon!
 
Yah, same here...but at least the emails and text/SMS work...that'll do as a back up until AIM's back up and running.

yes, I did receive this same message. I can't go through AIM. :(
 
It's working on and off. Hmph...I have contacted tmobile about the problem and awaiting to hear word back from them.
 
Mine been AFU for a few days. Some emails have been delayed for days. GRRRR. T-Mo is pissing me off :madfawk:
