will solve the problem.. i doubt because they will be bribes.. people will be smuggling to sell beer, etc.. and many people will reject the idea.ravensteve1961 said:Why not just bring back prohabition? Thatll solve the problem.
I believe they should have a tougher laws related to DUI.. because here in minnesota the illegal percentage of alcohol is .8% or above.. this is way too high in my option. and once u first got offense for first time for DUI.. its only a pentaly of $300 plus no driving for 30 days... this to me.. seems like its nothing

. That did get me pretty buzzed and light headed but luckily I stopped drinking around 12:15am and ate some of shrimp bowl snack, cheese with pepperoni and crackers, some of mixed nuts, and few chocolate along with 2 mugs of black coffee and stay up chatted with my friends until 2:30am which I feel I was fully alert and enough to confide in myself to drive home even though IF I get pulled over which I didn't but saw 3 polices around the neighborhood and had 1 police car following me for 10 blocks until I stopped in red light then the police put their flashlight on my face for a short time then drove away. When the police turn around, then the next block I had to blast my horn on other car who nearly hit my car which the police stopped this driver and i kept on driving home with a good smile knowing I did the right thing by waiting and drive home otherwise I might drink more and stayed at friend's place but decided to limit myself... what a great start for 2005!
