right, I forgot, I thought of lawyers while I meant judges, sorry.
Even in small claims court you have to deal with reality.
absolutely, the small claims court is however for exactly this type of petty squabbles to settle.
Also, the American judicial system invented something genius called
"technicalities" which is another angle worth pondering about
and may create a whole new take on cases like throwing out belated laundries into trash, hmm...
btw "technicialities" is why, say, O.J was never charged for murdering Nicole Simpson despite it being glaringly obvious.
